The hotel is quite comfortable and the service is very good. It is a 10-minute walk to the highest building. It is very convenient to eat and shop. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel.

Stayed four nights in December. Nice property, the room was fine. Drinks in the lobby bar each night. The living wall was nice and it was a comfy place to hang out. Drinks were super expensive though. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants which was nice. We felt safe walking at night. A few coffee shops close too. There’s a small convenience store right next door that we used to buy still water which was very needed. Short Uber or cab ride to some of the other main tourist areas in downtown Santiago. Closer to 30-40 minutes when traffic was bad.

The location is very good as you can walk to all the shops and restaurants if you wish to go there. I was upgraded to a beautiful one-bedroom suite which was a bit dated but very spacious and had a guest toilet as well which makes life much easier if you are not traveling alone. I was also given complimentary access to the club lounge by the staff who checked me in. The lounge is not much to talk about. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite good. There was no view from the suite which is quite disappointing as you do not want to see walls when you are here just for 1 night. However, the issue that destroyed my entire trip was the carelessness of the staff who did not abide by my request and spoiled my entire trip with an unforgivable serious flaw. The response I got was more of a copy-paste type.

We just had drinks in the lobby lounge. We were so lucky to be served by Maria and Samuel. Their service was super friendly and efficient! They were prompt and delivered our order with a smile. Sometimes bar service can be spotty, but these guys were a refreshing change.
