Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.

We are so glad we chose to stay here - everything was wonderful and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful and centrally located - we were able to walk to many attractions and the neighborhood was fun to explore. The staff's attention to detail and pride in the hotel was evident - from reception, to the restaurant to housekeeping - everyone was friendly and professional. We felt taken care of and welcomed by everyone we encountered. Just after booking, we read some negative reviews about the Bica rooms that made us nervous enough to wonder if we should upgrade. After seeing our room in person (Bica 7), we felt much better, and by the end of our stay, we knew we would be happy to stay in that room again. The Bica rooms are not 'in the basement' as some other reviews have stated. While they are on floors below main reception, keep in mind that the hotel is on a steep hill and these rooms look out over the downward slope. Our floor to ceiling windows were still above street level, and we were afforded a beautiful view of the pedestrianized old town streets below. Yes, there are some buildings across the streets with windows that face the hotel, but we never felt a lack of privacy - for one, the room had sun shade blinds on all windows that diffused the bright Portuguese sunlight, but they also provided privacy from anyone who might happen to look into our room from the windows across the street (they didn't). It is something anyone who has lived in a city would be familiar and comfortable with. We heard street noise only when the garbage was being collected, and the windows provided enough soundproofing to ensure that noise was very light and brief. Our room was very spacious, and even with the sun shades down, there was plenty of natural light and it felt airy and gracious. The AC kept the room comfortable, and we were happy to spend the hottest hours of each day relaxing in the room. The bed was huge (and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in). The bathroom is small, but beautifully designed. The shower water pressure was glorious and we appreciated the Aesop toiletries. The hotel was currently doing renovations on our floor, but you would never know it. There were a few discreet renovation notices on doors and we saw some workmen during the day, but the sound was well insulated behind multiple doors and we were never disturbed. The privacy was actually remarkable - even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, it was never noisy and we never felt crowded. We saw other guests occasionally, but it never felt like we were competing for space in the common areas or for the staff's attention. We enjoyed lunch and cocktails at the rooftop bar every day (I do not drink and appreciated the no-alcohol cocktail options), and our visit to Suba on the last night was nothing short of exceptional. I encourage you to make dinner here a part of your stay, you will not regret it. The nightly turn down service was such a

The accommodation and the equipment are really perfect. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day. One small note: the reception staff is very polite, except for the rather heavy set lady who never answers to ”Hello!” ”Bom dia !”. The elevator is working perfectly. I highly recommend it.

We chose LX as a treat to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are immensely friendly and helpful and let us check our bags in while we explored the city. The room was modern, comfortable and far away from Pink Street. Time Out Market is minutes away on foot and there are several e-scooter depots located nearby. You are at the bottom of a very steep hill (Rua do Alecrim) which may pose a challenge to some. We were more interested in seeing the sights, and visiting local bars and restaurants than Pink Street or going clubbing. We can thoroughly recommend Jam Club (get there early!!) This whole trip was a real treat from start to finish. Lisbon is a beautiful city and the locals are exceptionally nice.

The House on The Pink Street in Lisbon

The House on Pink Street was amazing. The location is fantastic for walking and restaurants. You are minutes from the water and one of the best views at sunset. Communication was very clear and thorough. There are so many extra lovely touches with fruit and snacks available on each floor. Our room was big and bright with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and french doors looking out onto the street. There are additional snacks and drinks provided free of charge. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the double-paned windows kept out the noise from the street below. We were greeted with all smiles upon check in and even got homemade cupcakes delivered to our door. There is also full access to the nearby hotel with 24-hour ice cream! A fabulous value.
Residentas Apostolos

This was an absolutely perfect home base for our family of four (parents, one teen+one child) -- we spent almost a week in the Deluxe Loft apartment. The location can't be beat -- we could walk to pretty much everything (restaurants, shopping, mass transit). Our unit was perfectly appointed with a kitchen (small fridge/cooking range) and even a combined washer/dryer. A small grocery store around the corner allowed us to have some meals at our apartment, esp breakfast when we had a full day ahead or supper if we were too tired to venture out. Clean and beautiful furnishings -- and since this was a birthday trip as well, we were welcomed with a sweet note and some refreshment. After a long trip, it was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! There is a luggage storage facility one street over, and coordination with arrival/departure was easy and fast. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to all of our friends heading to Portugal this year!
