The surrounding environment is very poor, in a place similar to a remote suburb. The key is that there is no front desk in this place, and Ctrip didn't communicate with the hotel how to check in. When we arrived at the place, we still asked the cleaner for the hotel office phone number. It took 15 minutes and 12 calls to get through, and then we were asked to pay the city tax first. Other hotels only pay when you check out. It took more than 20 minutes to pay the city tax. First, the text message failed to send the link and then it was transferred to WhatsApp. Finally, it was all right, and I had to call them to urge them to send the room number and so on, and it took more than ten minutes to make more than a dozen calls! ! ! ! Then I complained impulsively, and the woman who answered the phone said directly that she would cancel my reservation and let me find another place to live.
