Excellent location. Beautiful apartment and easy access with 24hr concierge service. I had a perfect stay at this apartment.

The location here is really good. It’s next to Oxford Street and close to underground.

There are supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. It is also close to tourist attractions such as Kensington Palace, making it convenient.

We stayed on the third floor of the building. Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely noisy, both due to sounds from neighboring units and external noise. Inside, we were frequently disturbed by loud footsteps and the scraping of furniture. Outside, the windows were not soundproof, allowing constant noise from the street to enter. The building is located on a very busy road with several nightlife venues nearby. Every night, there was loud music and shouting until 1 or 2 a.m. From 6 a.m. onward, the noise from daily activities began — including heavy trucks driving by or loading and unloading directly outside. As a result, we were unable to get any proper rest throughout our stay. It is truly surprising that the windows have not been soundproofed or equipped with noise-reducing shutters. For a rate of €500 per night, one would expect a significantly higher level of comfort and insulation. Very disappointing.

Comfortable beds. Close to most shops and food places. Quiet and cosy.
