Hollywood Los Angeles|1.11km from Hollywood Church of Christ
The hotel is in Hollywood, not far from the Avenue of Stars, walking more than 20 minutes, but the surrounding environment is just like the general, the streets look old and chaotic, all the way to see the tramp, one of them is still very fiercely staring at us It is not suitable for shopping nearby. Go out and turn right 20 meters to have a small supermarket, then walk forward to the crossroads, there is a Yoshinoya on the opposite side, left to go north for a while there is McDonald's, there is a tread joe supermarket less than one kilometer, there is taco across the road Bell, it is not difficult to solve the meal. I didn't rent a car, but the parking lot below the hotel is very loose. I can see that parking is very convenient. From here, go to the airport for 50 minutes, go to Universal Studios, the Hollywood sign is a few kilometers away, and it is less than ten kilometers to Beverly Hills, but it is not close to Santa Monica Beach. It feels that Los Angeles is very big. And very crowded. The room is OK, not very small, it is very comfortable to live, it is not very clean feeling, it is not even the new bath for two days, and did not give the suction carpet (tips are given), breakfast It’s the poor hampton inn that I have eaten. The variety is a little less, the taste is not so good. One day I don’t even have a piece of meat. I booked this price over 1800. The hotel feels worthless. It is better to spend more money to live in a better area.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I was a frequent business traveler for 25 years. What you read below actually happened. We stayed here for 3 nights Oct. 1-3 in an ”upgraded” room for $868.95 prepaid. We were assigned a room that was so small you had to walk sideways to get onto one side of the bed. No closet, no room for luggage, a tiny bathroom with no counter space at all for, you know, bathroom stuff. Also, the air conditioning was malfunctioning. When I asked about the room's size, the front desk they told me ”all the rooms are the same.” but they'd send maintenance up to fix the A/C. Maintenance didn't fix anything. Later that night, starting at about 11:30 and lasting until past 3:00 am, loud bass heavy electronic music from the Human nightclub right outside our window kept us awake most of the night. And the room remained warm. That was the first night. Sunday morning, we were assured that the club was closed Sunday night. We asked again around noon before we left for the day and were told the same thing. We were out all day, returned at 6:15 to get ready for dinner, only to find the housekeeping staff cleaning our room, which caused us to be late for dinner. When we returned at about 9:30, the A/C still wasn't fixed and....the Human was revving up for another evening of noise. I went down to the front desk and after half an hour of waiting, management gave us another room. We repacked everything and moved. Fortunately the A/C worked, and it was quiet. Contrary to what we'd been told about all the rooms being the same, it was significantly larger. We were out all day Monday, then spent all evening on the roof (which is beautiful, with very good food and drinks, a great view, and unlike the rest of the hotel, good service). It was the only enjoyable part of the stay. When we returned to our room at 11 pm, it had not been cleaned at all. We had no towels, and the front desk could only apologize. Next morning at checkout, I recounted all this to a manager who actually understands what customer service is. As I said, the food and drinks were good but expensive. We spent over $1000 on food and drinks during our stay, about $300 of which we charged to our room. The hotel added another $75 in ”amenity fees” that we never knew about. She removed all of those charges in recognition of a miserable stay. This was appropriate and, frankly, surprising. I'll never stay here again. If you decide to risk it, request a room in the rear of the hotel, which are quieter and are larger. Under no circumstances accept a room on the side of the hotel adjacent to the Human nightclub. And before you actually check in, ask to see the room first.

The hotel has a complimentary simple breakfast, which is simple bread and coffee juice, simple but also enough, after all, the demand for the motel is not too high! Parking for 10 knives a day, will send a card to enter and exit the parking lot with the card, the card is hung in the conspicuous position of the car glass after parking. The room still has a surprise, the modern style is simple and clean, very good! There are subways around, M is fast food, there is a pavilion supermarket next to the hotel, which is very late, and many everyday things are convenient to buy. Because the hotel does not provide drinking water, we bought a lot of mineral water in the supermarket, eating things! There is a microwave in the room to cook things by yourself. The coffee machine has hot water. For the Chinese partner, it is still necessary to find hot water in winter... and the young girl at the front desk said that they will open the coffee machine to pick up hot water... The hotel is also very convenient to go to the Universal Studios of the Avenue of Stars. not bad

This was our first Hollywood/ LA visit. The hotel was everything I could have asked for. Clean, quiet rooms, friendly staff and great safe location! Our room was so spacious, great storage and a little fridge which was great for storing water/breakfast etc. The cleaners do an EXCELLENT job!! Reception staff are also great, always greeted with a welcoming and friendly hello when we had returned each day, and especially helpful when we had enquired about public transport/ things to do etc. Thank you again for such an enjoyable stay and I will defo be returning if I chose Hollywood for vacation in the future!! (My only regret is not eating in the restaurant in the hotel!! On our last night, we went in for a drink each and it looked amazing).

What a place! I really would recommend it to y'all. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and the mutial spaces are big. There is a roof terrance where you could see the Sign. The rooms are very big (not even full - I might lucky on this one) and there are enough toilets and showers, didnt have to wait to take my turn. The location is perfect, close to the Sign, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Warner brothers studio tour, Paramount Studio Tour, enough to see around here. Really love the place, I even booked an extra night here and I wasnt the only one doing that.

What a great stay! The staff up on the roof really made the experience unique. I don’t think I’ve felt more comfortable at a dining experience before. Asher, Kody, and Edwin made my girl and I laugh nonstop. Definitely an awesome stay and would recommend staying up on the roof/lounge as much as possible! Jane and I will definitely be back to visit.
