Normally, I don't like to review hotels, but this time, my stay at the Lipu Light Residence was truly exceptional, and I felt I had to write a review to make this perfect experience worthwhile. The receptionists and housekeeping staff were both very polite, and communication was seamless. It's clear the hotel has put a lot of effort into its service; it's truly top-notch. I originally booked a standard executive king room, but the front desk kindly upgraded me twice free of charge, making it incredibly cost-effective. It was the best, most comfortable, and most worthwhile stay of my trip. Finally, I especially want to praise their pillows. I didn't even need my own; theirs was the perfect firmness and height, and I slept very well. The breakfast was also quite plentiful and suited my taste perfectly. In short, choosing this hotel in Lu'an is the right choice; it's excellent value for money and you definitely won't be disappointed.

I am happy with my stay because the hosts are very kind. They let me use their umbrella when it rained, they let me use their scale when I needed to weigh some food, and they had a washing machine that I could use. The hotel has a good location as well.
