Hotels in Youlan Lanxi Resort, Lu'an

I recently took my family to the You Ran Lanxi Cultural Resort for a relaxing getaway, staying at the Lu'an Lanxi Garden Hotel (two nights in total). Overall, it was a good experience, but there were some areas for improvement. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were well-equipped and clean, and the breakfast was average, nothing particularly noteworthy. The only disappointment was that the Ctrip booking mentioned welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided by the second day. Although I didn't care about these things (I brought my own fruit), it felt like a matter of credibility and service. So, I spoke to the front desk the next day, and they promised to bring it immediately. Unfortunately, it still hadn't been delivered by the time we checked out on the third day. I hope the hotel will improve its service awareness and not let such a small matter affect its reputation.

The hotel is great, with convenient and quick luggage storage. There are parking lots and charging stations available. The front desk service is excellent, especially in the summer.

The room is large in size 38m2, fully equipped, Chinese desk and chair. The height of the floor is not depressing. The bathroom is large and dry and wet. The bedding has no smell and the waiter is active and enthusiastic.

The environment is quite good and everything is good, but the hygiene is not very good. Just because there are few e-sports hotels in Sanshipu, hygiene should not be messed up like this. . . . . .
