PhaiLin Hotel

Relatively new hotel with nice and clean rooms in a good location in Luang Prabang. The staff are friendly and helpful, you can choose between different options for breakfast. Water, coffee and tea are free. Scooters, tours and transfers can also be booked directly on site. The WiFi in the rooms could be a bit better. All in all, very good value for money and we would stay there again.

Thank you for your hospitality. First of all, the location is not bad. It is about 10 minutes to the main street. There are two highly rated local restaurants in the area, one next door and one opposite, so it is highly recommended for those who like the local atmosphere. If you don't order breakfast in the morning, there is a porridge shop and a banh mi shop next to the restaurant, so you won't have any trouble eating lol 😆 As for the important thing, the room is very large. The floor is made of marble and is cool and refreshing. The room is quite spacious inside and has a large storage chest. I don't think it's easy to find a storage chest that is this large. It's wonderful 👍 The bath and toilet are also separated. There is also a veranda, which is common to all rooms, but it is very open and wonderful. I had tea 🍵 here for a while. 🌟 The breakfast is also very polite and relaxing. The photo is the first one. After this, the main *🥚 dish comes out... The coffee is instant and there is no water. You have to refill your water yourself. You can also get a refill of coffee. Another disappointment is that even though the breakfast is delicious, you don't get butter 🧈 unless you ask for it. It's a shame about the small details. The facilities are large, but the sound echoes, so I think the opening and closing of the door 🚪 is very loud. The woman at the front desk 👩 is working hard with her child 👩 and I respect her for her sincere work. I'm sure the child will grow up to be a fine young man after watching his mother's back. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I caused this woman by forgetting to lock the door due to my misunderstanding. To the owner 1) When I went down the stairs to enter the reception, there was glass waiting for me, but I accidentally bumped into it. I cut my 👄 and bled 🩸. I'm glad the glass didn't break. Although I bumped into it, it was quite dangerous, so I think there should be some kind of warning sign before it becomes a big accident so that something similar doesn't happen again. For example, a notice. 2) It seems that you have to declare that you will be cleaning if you stay for multiple nights, but there was no explanation and it became a source of trouble. I thought that cleaning should be improved to be the basics, or that you should check whether cleaning has been done at check-in along with breakfast confirmation. I don't think it's a place to cut corners.
