This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

This room was spacious, clean, and had a bath tub. The aircon could be colder, but that is just me, I'm used to 16°C setting and the setting could only go down to 20 degrees only. The view is good and if you want to explore at night or day. There are lots of activity to do. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the beef tapa and pastries. The service top notch everyone was accommodating and courteous. One last thing, the pool is amazing. #Staycation #LuxuryLiving 🏠🍽️🍽️🏊♀️

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. It was a very nice experienced, the hotel is walking distance from NAIA Terminal 3 4th floor, passing Mary Grace restaurant, and you can also walk going back to NAIA 3 if you have a flight the next day. A place to stay if you have a connecting flight with long waiting time 😘 I Love It ❤️

Booked for the third time and the service was good. Rooms are big and decent. Good service attitude from the staffs and good hotel location. They also allowed us to stay in the same room for our extension for the next day and did not charge us from 12 noon to 2pm for the new reservation. We will definitely rebook here over and over again when families from the province visit us back. I really appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staffs. Kudos to the staffs and management. I hope you value your remembers and pay them well.

This place was such a steal for the price! Super clean, had a kettle, wonderful AC, nice little private bathroom and suchhhh a comfy bed!! If I ever have a layover again in Manila I would 100% come back here. Location was also good! Front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. Just a warning that there is no elevator and we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. So not suitable for those who are unable to do this.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Fast wifi. Nice street view from room. The room I booked costs least so no balcony to sit, just a balcony for aircon compressor. I love the washing machine as I have a few T-shirts to wash. Detergent can be bought in savemore supermarket right under the condo. Room has the living room and kitchen but I didn’t cook. Nice area to stay. Need to register and have our photos taken with the Admin at Lobby before we went up our room which is on 19th floor. 2-3 days before arrival, we sent them photos of our passports and got an authorization letter to stay. When we arrived, they said we still needed to register. Waited quite long as their computer had a problem and they restarted and there were more than 10 guests that time. Pool on 8th floor and you need to pay 150 Peso per person to use. Very fast response each time I email the Host. Over we enjoyed our stay.

We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. It’s too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but there’s an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. There’s bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. We’ll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that there’s a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if you’re planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.
