The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

It was a perfect place for my staycation even if I just stayed overnight and convenient to meet up with my friends and just 30 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff, clean room and nice city view. I’d stay here again. Appreciate the conservation of water and energy. Highly recommended!

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Front staff and door staff was super nice always welcoming. Ritz and Aubrey were real gems and made me feel welcomed. All the door guys were also very friendly. Pool was nice upstairs on rooftop and the food looked good but I didn't try. Shower in room was good however, since there is no door some of the water tends to seep out onto the bathroom floor which will soak your floor towel. Wish they could fix that issue with something as the design on that although modern just doesn't work to well in this case. Aside from that I had an excellent stay and will be happy to go back on my next visit! Book without hesitation!!

Citadines Makati is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Asia, and my favorite among all Citadines hotels. I have stayed at this hotel for more than ten times during the last year and many other Citadines hotels in different countries, but my experience in Makati has been exceptional. The staff at Citadines Makati has always made me feel at home with their warm welcome and willingness to help in any way possible. I am deeply grateful for their hospitality and service, which has been consistently excellent. They have always made a big effort to accommodate my requests, especially my preference for the highest floor, which provides a great view of the city. I have come to regard this hotel as my home in Manila, and I cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so easy and comfortable. With their excellent service, I can focus on my work without any worries. In conclusion, I highly recommend Citadines Makati for anyone looking for a hotel that provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment. I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

The room is very spacious! But the parking would be good if they already assigned ahead and not asking us to move on the next day. Also, improve the parking charge fee for additional guests, they had mistake on charging us an overnight parking instead of 4hours only
