4-Star Hotels in Guangdong, China

Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The hotel enjoys an exceptional location very close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, just a short walk away, making getting around and commuting super convenient. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, handling both check-in and check-out swiftly and efficiently for a wonderful experience. The dining options were exceptionally thoughtful; not only was there a rich buffet breakfast to choose from, but they also provided complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack featuring authentic local rice noodles. Offering incredible value for money, this place is perfect for both business trips and vacations. The best part was the invoicing service—completely digitized, allowing e-invoices to be sent straight to your phone without having to wait in line at the front desk, which saved a lot of precious time. The facilities overall were clean and tidy, and the service was meticulous down to the smallest detail. It's an absolute top choice for anyone staying in Guangzhou.

The service attitude was excellent, and all our questions were answered promptly. The room amenities were fully equipped with a smart voice control system. The environment is beautiful with a view of the Canton Tower. The room was also very clean and new, and the gym facilities were very modern.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, making travel convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service is warm and attentive. The facilities are complete. It was a great stay, and I will choose this place again next time!

The front desk service was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making transportation and parking very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby.

There are cute cats on the second floor to play with, but the check-in process was inconvenient—are you satisfied with that? Checking in was a bit unpleasant. The location is convenient with handrails nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The room... there is also Joy City shopping mall nearby to explore, and a Hema Fresh supermarket too.

Had a very comfortable stay here with my friend. We are extremely grateful to the front desk staff—they recommended a lot of great local food and we had a wonderful time. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere, and the room facilities are fantastic, complete with a smart toilet and a delivery robot. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay inside this room. The beds were comfy, the view is breathtaking. Our friends were on the 12th floor and us on the 21th (we had the best view) ! The room (suite) is gigantic, there is a washing machine and all amenities are brand new. Would 100% go back to this hotel again !!

Pros: 1. The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Across the street is the Grand Buddha Temple, and you can see a panoramic view of it from the hotel lobby. 2. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are provided. The late-night snacks include traditional sweet soups, which are quite good. 3. Since the hotel is relatively new, it features smart toilets and high-speed hair dryers, making for a more comfortable stay. 4. The front desk staff are quite friendly and promptly address any issues raised. 5. There's a laundry room, which is very convenient. Cons: 1. Although we booked a room with an outdoor window, the view outside was of a parking lot. We could hear the electronic announcements when cars were leaving. Also, it was very close to the building opposite, so there was practically no natural light. 2. The hotel occupies middle floors of an office building, so you have to use the office building's elevators. Sometimes, during peak hours, waiting for the elevator can take quite a while. We even encountered an elevator malfunction where it would only go up and not down, forcing us to go to the top floor and then come back down. 3. The hotel's ventilation is not ideal. 4. Noise insulation issues: While we couldn't hear conversations from next door, the outdoor noise was very loud. We constantly heard a loud buzzing sound at night. Furthermore, the indoor bathroom lacks proper sound insulation, so any use of water creates a lot of noise.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, next to Qinghui Garden and the snack street, making transportation very convenient. The front desk service was fantastic; they even upgraded our room for our three-night stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a nice view. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel environment is clean and quiet, and it offers 24-hour airport shuttle service. The drivers are very professional and smooth drivers. The hotel breakfast is a buffet featuring rice noodle rolls (changfen) and waffles, which are particularly delicious. The guest rooms are clean and hygienic, making it exceptionally suitable for business travelers. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Guangzhou.
