Amazing
IIara CheesecakeWe only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case

GGuest UserGood clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

PPerioWe loved the hotel’s colonial-style decor. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the city views were wonderful. The hotel restaurant was convenient too. The neighborhood was interesting—quiet during the day, with extremely vibrant nightlife at night for all tastes. We weren’t seeking the nightlife but weren’t bothered by it, though we stayed cautious about safety.

MMary Ann G.When I got to the propery, I realised KL has 3 different property types managed by 3 different groups. They all share the same building amenities but the units and services are miles apart. KL Residences managed by HLL is slightly cheaper than the KL Executive but the room interiors and equipment are far more inferior, in fact the exhaust fan broke and made a terrible noise for like half an hour. Also, I had to provide my own Netflix account and the staff service is terrible. Half of the times, no one picks up the phone for service or reception. And if they do, they just say ”Yes” but simply dismiss your request. Out of the 4 times I called up to advise to use sauna, the heat was still completely off when I got to the 7th floor, I had to turn it on on my own, and it took another 20 minutes before it warmed up. The other issue is that in spite of requesting for a room facing the park, I was given a unit facing the back of buildings with a Skyway view. But overall, KL Towers location is superb! It has an ATM, a cafe-restaurant and a 7-11 mini-martdownstairs and really close to Greenbelt.

KKrizzia AngeliPet policy is inconsistent. Upon arrival we were asked for a copy of the vaxx card of our pet. This information must be clearly stated on the hotel policies to avoid delay of check in. Room was clean and big. Very affordable and great location. Only cons: thin walls (you can hear all the people passing by especially when your room is close tot he swimming pool area) causing lack of sleep. It was a great stay overall. Chewie-approved!

GGuest UserThey’re improving. The reception staff are very friendly, but they call even when “Do Not Disturb” is on, asking if you need towels they should respect it and not call. The area is very noisy motorbikes and jeepneys are the main issue, not the clubs. If you like a lively area with restaurants and nightlife, the location is great. If you want peace and quiet, I don’t recommend it. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is good.

TTENTENJOYThe staff and service are excellent — very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. It’s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.

GGuest Useron my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .
