Makati Hotels with balcony

We only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case

Clean and well-located, but lacks essentials I had a good stay because the hotel is clean and situated in a great location. But I noticed a weakness in providing essential amenities; for example, they don't provide bottled water!!

Enjoyed a fabulous Easter at KLX. Great location close to Green Belt, museums and other attractions. Service staff were all friendly and helpful. Gym and pool area a little tired and some equipment not working. Found some great cafes and coffee shops nearby and upmarket restaurants at Green Belt all walking distance. I’d stay there again for sure.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

Top notch service lovely reception staff who greets you with a big genuine smile and always helpful to solve any issues you may have. Excellent location and safe, next to a big green park and nearby malls. The room itself is spacious and super clean the sheets are always nice and they do a very good job tidying. There is very little noise from others. The only room for improvement is the smell in the apartment as I’m not sure if its the same in other apartments in the city but it smells a little mouldy/ has a sewage smell and one of the air con was dripping water. We didn’t request a room change since we figured it’s probably because the building itself so the hardware is old, we would still give it a 5 stars stay. The breakfast is with coupons at Nonos which is a restaurant attached to the building the food was delicious but the staff at Nonos was strangely strict with the choice of coffee they serve which is only Long Black coffee allowed for using the breakfast coupon. The saunas were working and hot.

Booked on the 18 - 20 of January 2026. There are lots of stores and clubs around. Near to power plant mall. Decent room. Breakfast is good. The porter/doorman was always cheerful and attentive. When I checked out Carl greet me with Mabuhay!. He’s so lively and energetic. He’s very hospitable that can make any guest to come back and book the hotel again. Kudos to the whole team.

Great location next to the Makati nightlife. Very walkable. Decent gym. Enough to get a decent workout. Decent rooftop for some food and drinks.

The staff and service are excellent — very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. It’s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.

A recent solo traveller stayed at the hotel and found it to be a comfortable and convenient option for a short stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and suitable for a solo guest, with all essential amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night’s rest after a day of exploring or work. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay, offering good value and comfort for individuals travelling alone.

on my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .
