"Located in a very quiet neighborhood and Makati CBD. Thereā€™s also a mall 300m away and airport is just a 20min ride. Staff are so polite and accomodating. Rooms are clean as well. I just wish they have a resto or a coffee shop. Good overall!"

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. The space felt cozy yet spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The location is excellentā€”situated in a nice and convenient area, close to a wide variety of leisure activities and great restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free. The hotel service was also impressive. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we had questions or concerns, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Nice hotel, nice rooms. Good for those going there for the clubs. Improvement areas 1. Hotel should have provide basic first aid kit or light medication. My friend had headache and yet, the hotel refused to give him paracetamol. The 7-11 next door doesn't have any and the nearest pharmacy is 15 mins walk away. Paracetamol is not a dangerous or controlled drug, just giving 2 tablets will not do any harm. 2. I wanted to have bfast at the restaurant at the lobby while waiting for my Grab to the airport. There was no one else at the restaurant and yet, the waiter forgot to enter my order for food. I only got my coffee. I waited for long, only to be told the food is not ready. I asked for the bill because my car was arriving and even that took a very long time. I had to go in 2 times asking if the bill was ready.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

When I got to the propery, I realised KL has 3 different property types managed by 3 different groups. They all share the same building amenities but the units and services are miles apart. KL Executive is a bit more pricey than the other two, but their units are fitted with much nicer interiors and equipment. The service is efficient, there is always someone to assist on the other side of phone, 24-hours. The only issue I had is that in the photo of the room I booked, it was facing the park. I also requested for a room facing the park. But when got to the serviced apartments, I was given a unit facing the back of buildings with a Skyway view. However KL's location is superb! It has an ATM, a cafe-restaurant and a 7-11 mini-mart and really close to Greenbelt. It is still great value for money!

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafƩs, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Very dissappointed about the condition of the room they provided and the amount of the security deposited. Old and kinda dark lights inside the room. They are requiring 4k security deposit despite of the condition of the hotel and rooms. Hotels located in BGC, Cubao, Pasay and Paranaque they are not requiring that SD amount even though they are high rated hotel compare with this Hotel. With that amount of SD they shoud upgrate their TV into Smart TV one instead of ordinary cable tv access. With that kind of ambiance, I felt im staying in Sogo or budgeted hotel room. Not classy looking room. Housekeeping staff are very accommodating unlike front desk staff whic is very snob. Over all rating 7 out of 10.

The staff and service are excellent ā€” very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. Itā€™s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
