"The hotel is located at the top of the resort. People with a problem of self-moving will not be able to do so. But if you do not plan to walk a lot, but enjoy the silence and therapeutic procedures, that is what you need. Hotels go with their buffet with the healing water, swimming pool, reading room, it is the winter garden. The sauna lovers (for extra fee), massage and just rest from the worries and vain, here is the most place. The hotel has a very friendly staff. Spa treatment at the top level. Appeal of a doctor, conducted by the doctor of medical science. The procedures are prescribed literally after personal examination. Listen to customer's wishes. Food is also at a decent level. Various soups, salads, cold snacks. Lots of dishes of fish and meat. There is your bar at the hotel. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary, cleaning is done on conscience. Towels are changed daily. Soap, shampoo, shower hats are filled every day. In general, our arrival left a good impression and there is a desire to return here again."

"I just came back from 1 week Ayurvedic stay at the hotel. I regular go to Ayurvedic retreats in Europe & this time it exceeded my expectations. The doctors who you speak to on daily basis are very knowledgeable, caring & will go an extra mile to ensure you get the moist out of your treatments. The treatments vary from massages to relaxing baths. A special thank you to the massage therapists. You girls are amazing.  The food is seriously good. "The reception staff was really nice. There are several buildings under the name of this hotel. In fact, it is almost the whole street, but it is possible to go through it from inside. We got a superior room which was spacious but there could be two doors to isolate the sound from the corridor. A coffee and tea maker and a mini bar were fine. The breakfast was really great with plenty of choice. The pool was in the other building but slippers and bathrobe were provided in the room. The cleanliness in the pool was superb, but we were there in the morning only. In the bathroom there was some garbage in the bin from the previous guests. The toilitteries were in the small tubes, I think, it could be solved in more ecological way. The opening time of the pool is insufficient- 10am - 21pm. Check out is at 11am so you have a very limited chance to use the pool when you come to a 1 day trip. A parking space can be a problem, you have to reserve it or park in a public parking house app. 500m away. "

"Dog hair was everywhere in the room. The noise from the slamming doors was extremely annoying. We had to call reception twice to request trash removal and toilet paper refills. The staff were very friendly. Upon checkout, they tried to add extra charges to our bill, even though we had already paid for the New Year's Eve menu and other meals in the restaurant."

"Very disappointed with my stay at Ensana Centrální Lázně. For a 4-star hotel, the service is shockingly bad. The staff do not speak even basic English and make no effort to communicate. Instead of helping, they are rude, dismissive, and clearly unwelcoming toward foreign guests. Simple requests — like asking for a cup of coffee — were refused without explanation. No room service support, no professionalism, no hospitality. The overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable and treated differently as a foreigner. For the high price they charge, this experience is absolutely not worth it. I strongly do not recommend staying here."
