It was a hotel that was not old clean and surprised. The bigger problem was that the two people were staying with the same company, but there was no explanation. On a trip, I don't want to eat curry for dinner, but I have to explain. They decided to sleep in a semi-double bed in a small room. Their payment amount is ”47970 yen”. Each person is less than 24000 yen. It was a continuous surprise. It was a hotel that was not worth the evaluation. The taxi driver who guided the dinner place is also unfriendly and unkind. I can see the spirit of taking money away as far as possible.My image of Matsuyama was completely destroyed and sympathy was lost.I will come to Shikoku in the future, but I will not visit Matsuyama again. I paid extra because it was a night stay plan. I ate a lick and a potato heaven, but I thought it was a little high. As a location, there are many convenience stores around, so there is no problem with a little shopping. The supermarket was about 15 minutes walk to the Dogo Onsen area. Don Quixote was also about 10 minutes walk. It is about 5 minutes walk to the big road of the shopping street, and there are many taverns and bars until then. The restaurant was closed or closed at 20 o'clock in the corona, so there was no chance to use the drinker very much. Then get off at the airport bus Okaido station and walk 10 minutes from there. You have to cross the main street, so if you have a big suitcase, taxi may be easier. I also want to stay if I have a chance to stay in Matsuyama.

The customer service staff are all young and many of them are naive, but I had the impression that they were well educated. The baths are small on the 10th floor with an observation bath and a rooftop open-air bath, but there is no problem. The person who checked us out at the end was also polite and wonderful.

Breakfast was a popular shop sushi Maru on the １ floor in the building, but it is a very ordinary Japanese meal for breakfast. However, the white rice was quite delicious.

We stayed for 2 nights in Standard Twin. It was a parking view, but it was very clean, including the bathroom, although it was not large, and the USB port on the bedside was convenient for charging the smartphone. Also, the amenities dripping coffee and empty refrigerator were good. The room had slippers and snow dags, and I liked the beach sandals, and I was comfortable with snow dags that were not resistant to walking outside. The public bath on the top floor was healed with a clean open-air bath with a good view. I went to 6:00 for two days from 6:00 in the morning, but I think it was good to open a little earlier because it was quite crowded. Breakfast was the same for two days, but there were so many original options that I never got tired. Uwajima slices, tofu and French toast were especially delicious and I ate too much every morning. Access from the city is good and if you have the opportunity to stay at Dogo Onsen, I would like to choose it next time.

It's a large inn and the prices are reasonable, so I think it's whether you can enjoy the standard specifications rather than customization. For example, the person who served us dinner was probably a young man working part-time as a student, but it was refreshing, and we could see that he had put some effort into making a large amount of food at once. I was told that room cleaning would start around 9:30 when I checked in, but it started earlier than that. It was amazing to see so many staff cleaning at once. As mentioned above, as mentioned in some reviews, perfect hospitality is not provided, but I got the impression that individual staff members were making various efforts based on the manual, just like at a large theme park. . Overall, this is a ryokan that you can fully enjoy.

We stayed a night here for our visit to Matsuyama. It is about 5 minutes walk from the Dogo Onsen station and the famous Dogo Onsen Honkan. The hotel provide a cheaper rate if you are visiting the Dogo Onsen Honkan and another onsen (I can't remember which). They have 3 types of free-flow mikan juice, and many different types of towels to choose from to bring along for your onsen. They also provide shower amenities (as you have to pay for them at the Dogo Onsen Honkan), yukata, socks and geta, to complete the onsen experience. The room is smallish, as they compartmentalize the room into different smaller sections. There were 2 strands of hair on my bed and some brownish stains on the sheets, although that didn't bother me too much as the rest of the room is relatively clean.

There are two types of baths, a large public bath and an open-air bath, both of which are comfortable. The orange juice from the tap after the shower is delicious. Four consecutive holidays are over, so there are not many people, I can spend a relaxing time. The food is delicious, there is a massage machine in the room, so it will be nice if you are tired
