Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga).
Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Every staff member is very friendly. We complained on the first day that the hotel rooms were not as big as described. After Ctrip's coordination, the hotel upgraded us to the best room the next day.
The food in the hotel is very delicious. The breakfast is a bit monotonous but the dinner is very rich and changes every day. There are 4 restaurants that basically have delicacies from all over the world. There are various song and dance performances, piano performances, etc. every night in the restaurant. The wonderful arrangements of various activities on New Year's Eve are even more unforgettable!
The hotel has many activities every day, our favorites are archery, tennis, snorkeling, etc., all free of charge. There are 4 swimming pools for you to choose from. There is no need to worry about finding a chair. As long as you lie on the beach chair at the swimming pool, you will have a cold and delicious drink delivered to your hand.
We stayed in the hotel for a week and felt at home every day. We would have stayed there if it hadn't been fully booked and couldn't book a room.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive.
Our room had direct access to the beach. The pool was perfect as well as our stay.
It was for us the best hotel in Mauritius.

We have just returned from 14 nights at Paradise Cove and what a wonderful holiday we have had. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special by the wonderful staff who gave us cold facecloths and a welcome drink before showing us around this beautiful resort. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and kept immaculately clean by the lovely staff including Kaymina. The restaurants are all fantastic with the choice of food being wide ranging and all delicious. We were on the all inclusive package so made full use of trying lots of different cocktails too. We specifically wanted a relaxing holiday so didn’t do many activities but we did go on the snorkelling trip and the glass bottom boat trip which were included in the price. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and the staff work so hard to keep them looking so good including raking the sand every day on the cove beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lobster meal at The Cove restaurant (extra charge but very well worth it). The entertainment in the evenings was top class with some very talented musicians. Singers and dancers. Without exception all of the staff are amazing but special mention must go to Michael who looked after us so well on the beqch by bringing us our favourite drinks, cold cucumber slices for our eyes and fruit shots all with a big smile on his face. Also Sandhya who was so lovely as was Sangeeta and Navina too many people to name as all the staff are fantastic and made our holiday special. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone and cannot wait to return one day thank you everyone from Helen & James x

Amazing boutique hotel. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and chatty, nothing was too much trouble. Alain in reception was knowledgeable and helpful, Michael the pool waiter kept us hydrated! The food choice was great and meal times were relaxed and not like a cattle market. Some evenings were table service which made it feel more special. We had meals in other restaurants at the hotel which were made special too. The entertainment was the only slight negative as it was very low key, we prefer it a little livelier. Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in room 413

Devianee is the best cleaning princess in this hotel :) we had such a great time in this beautiful and unique boutique hotel! The service is just perfect and the food is delicious. The place is so quite and it is perfect for a honeymoon or even a normal couple vacation :)

Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel has to be one of the best hotels we have ever been to. Firstly the resort is stunning, beautifully located in the north of the island with total privacy for its guests. It sits within its own inlet of sea and beach, amongst beautiful gardens and with every room having a sea view. The standard is truly 5 star and as you can see from previous reviews, it stands out as one of the top hotels in Mauritius. The food is exceptional and the staff are all amazing, going out of their way to accommodate your every need. Special thanks to Michael who has looked after us everyday around the pool. You are a credit to the hotel! Thank you all for making this celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary very special. We shall certainly recommend you to our friends and family! Tim and Ali
