I expected from the photos much more than this. The hotel is nice and quiet, the mattress quite comfortable but ... The rooms are definitely dated, with antique pieces like the phone (which after a few minutes is overheated and can no longer be used without risking a burning..), the The coating and the tape, or the shower, the anti-slip plate and the sofa in the shower. Prepare to sleep little and almost naked, so it is warm and this season (there is no air conditioning) And when we opened the window we were invaded by the ants, so we had to close it; the cleaning was quite approximate, so that I had to change my son's shoes after I allowed him to walk without a shoe. No bad breakfast, the only negative aspect was the white bread that could be quietly from the day before, but the rest I would say appreciable. Unfortunately, they do not know the original recipes of some dishes like the ears at the rape tops, which they have revised in their way, but good even if a little expensive ... Very close to the box, comfortable parking, excellent reception service, clean spacious room, large bathroom, comfortable beds, well-provided breakfast buffet and variety. I suggest to cleaning staff to lower the volume of the morning voice to not disturb guests' rest

I stayed there before my flight. Rooms were clean and all staff friendly. Price was very good. I would book it again at any time. Breakfast was included in the price and coffee was good.

We were 4 on a trip between Lombardie / Vénétie. We shared a room for 4 which was nice, very clean and well equipped . Breakfast was excellent with a many choices . The hotel is quiet and has a very nice park with some kids activities . You cas also enjoy a fitness room. There is also a pool but not try as we were in April. Very good choice !

Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops. Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff. Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well. Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent. But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc. Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.

Metto subito in chiaro che la struttura è un 3 stelle abbastanza datato. Detto questo, se si è disposti a passare sopra questa cosa, l'hotel è perfetto per chi deve partire dall'aeroporto di Linate in quanto situato a poche centinaia di metri. Il prezzo è molto economico (noi abbiamo preso una tripla), alla reception sono stati molto cortesi, la camera era pulita e l'acqua calda in bagno funzionava senza problemi, inoltre il prezzo comprendeva anche la colazione. Io lo consiglio

Came to Italy for a business trip of 2 months. I've brought my bikes over to the hotel, usually kept them inside my car, one night I had to make room in my car, so I chained them on a metal rod & removed the front wheel, and left them in the hotel's underground parking lot. 11:30pm -＞ bikes are there. 11:30am the next day -＞ no sign of them. Shocked and frankly sad, I tried my luck at the reception, where I received a ”It is what it is” kind of response, which honestly I get. With my riding plan ruined I went to my room, ~15 minutes later I get a call to my room ”We've f o u n d your bikes”, (Awesome! but wait a minute, what does it.. mean?), went to the lobby, I asked the same guy at the reception ”Hey what's up?” and he responded ”I have no idea, but wait a few minutes”. After a few minutes a manager comes out and trying to explain that ”italy's streets are dangerous and I should be careful with my bikes” etc. etc., which I don't get, until I just ask ”Do you have my bikes?” - ”Yes.” - ”Did YOU take my bikes?” - ”Yes - to protect you” - ”in order to not get stolen by a thief that will enter your parking lot, you broke a heavy metal chain and stole my one-cycle-bike?” She then switched to: ”Well we didn't know who was the owner” What. ”The bikes are clearly someone's in a HOTEL TIED WITH A CHAIN”. Anyways, it was clear an employee tried to steal them. (But she thought it's a better way to handle it by presenting that it's a ”policy” to break customers property where it's supposed to be???) I received: - NO APOLOGY. - A ruined lock-chain that I bought at the same week. - A smashed wheel cover (like someone tried to smack it with a door to fit it somewhere. Really left a sour taste, definitely will notify my workplace & co-workers (that regularly book in this area) to avoid this hotel. The barista guys are really nice & breakfast is adequate+

Breakfast is so-so, but croissants, coffee, milk and juice are all necessary. The interior of the room is very good, with a four-star rating, and the decoration style is simple. I like the towel drying rack outside the toilet the most. Both the brother and the uncle at the front desk of this hotel are very handsome in suits!
