Was here 1 week to visit the city, the bodegas and enjoy the views on the Cordillera de los andes. The localization of this hotel is great, you can walk easely to the center and beautiful parks. Breakfast for a 2 stars is very good. Room clean and good water pressure. Welcome desk very nice and smiling. Same for all the staff. Spa was closed. Good ratio quality and price.

It is a good place to stay if you are looking for something cheap and relatively close to the center. We booked a basic triple room and it met our expectations in most aspects. The attention of the receptionists was ambiguous because there were days when they were very attentive and kind, they were very attentive to our requests and others when they were not. The room was simple but had what was necessary to be calm during the stay. Every day they replenished the amenities and cleaned the room, which was a detail that we loved. However, on the last day we requested housekeeping service for later and they had confirmed that it was indeed possible and then they did not come to make the room. In addition, unfortunately they gave us dirty toilet paper, which seemed inappropriate to us. In the room everything worked correctly, even the AC, except the minibar, we gave notice but we did not get a solution from the hostel. Finally, the pool was a very nice place to be after having toured the city under all the sun, and at first glance it was clear that it was well maintained.

Estuvimos en pareja en el "Hotel Dakar" (no "Gran Dakar"). En primer lugar debería ser catalogado como un hotel 2* o mejor 1* pues de esa manera no estaría realizando los comentarios de más abajo. Jamás experimentamos lo que allí vivimos y rescato de este comentario al personal que trabaja ahí porque es muy amable y atento: por problemas en el caudal del agua de la ducha y luego de solicitar el arreglo de la misma por 2 veces consecutivas, nos cambiaron de habitación a la medianoche del 3° día. Era una habitación triple con termotanque lo cual trajo aparejado el mejoramiento del funcionamiento de la ducha. Al despertar vimos: - la cerradura de la puerta en muy mal estado (la llave funcionaba muy mal); - las paredes sucias y manchadas a lo largo de toda la habitación; - el aglomerado del mueble que guarda el termotanque, abultado por la humedad; - la mesada sucia con grasa muy antigua; - los muebles con chapaduras saltadas; - el bajomesada (cuando se abre la puerta) con grasa, humedad, óxido, con roturas en la pared enchapada y también abultado por la humedad; - debajo del enchufe del aire acondicionado, humedad; - las toallas no eran blancas por el uso que han tenido; - el cobertor de la cama, manchado y se notaba que eran antiguas; - mal funcionamiento del wifi; - en las habitaciones se escuchan, hasta altas horas de la noche, las voces de las personas que están en el restaurant del otro hotel que, en nuestro caso, se trató de 2 contingentes; - las cortinas de las ventanas hace bastante tiempo no se limpian. Subo fotos de la mayoría de los comentarios. Luego de un desentendido con la habitación (nos teníamos que mudar nuevamente) y manifestando lo que habíamos abonado por día y que, supuestamente, era un hotel 3* nos cambiaron al Gran Dakar Hotel en donde la experiencia fue totalmente diferente. Nuevamente destaco al personal que trabaja ahí: muy amables, atentos y educados.

Reservamos por la pagina oficial del hotel con bastante anticipación. Antes de hacerlo me comuniqué con el establecimiento y me dijeron que el precio era exactamente igual, que no era necesario hacer ningún depósito. Nuestra estadía era por seis noches, pero nos fuimos antes porque al llegar nos quisieron cobrar al valor del dólar del momento, siendo aproximadamente unos dos mil pesos más por noche que la tarifa de mostrador. La ubicación no era de lo mejor, la zona al oscurecer era desolada, no me gustó. Los lugares para ir a comer y el centro de la ciudad estaban alejados. Tiene una pequeña pileta en la terraza que no estaba habilitada, el gimnasio cuenta con dos máquinas y está muy descuidado. La habitación cómoda y el desayuno bastante completo.

Muy básico pero cumple su función de usarlo para dormir. Muy completo el desayuno. El gimnasio no es un gimnasio, tiene máquinas únicamente y el spa no existe. Lo recomiendo únicamente si buscas algo de bajo precio y bien ubicado, pero tene en cuenta que es muy básico

Muy buen hotel respecto a la categoría. Desayuno de lo mejor. Siempre reponiendo. Jugo exprimido. A destacar la limpieza de las habitaciones. Algo a mejorar q es muy importante es el wifi q es muy malo tanto en la habitación como en la sala de recepción y desayuno. Personal amable. La ubicación es un poco distante de las principales plazas respecto a mucho otros hoteles, pero hay transporte o se camina.

Nos hospedamos con mi hijo en el Gran Hotel Dakar, fuimos por un evento internacional de paddle este finde largo de agosto. Tuvimos muy buena experiencia en el hotel, buen servicio de limpieza, atención del personal, la habitación ( doble superior) y el desayuno, todo muy bien. Lo único que mucho no nos gustó fue la zona de noche, está bien ubicado, cerca de arterias principales pero un poco apartado y de noche es un poco feo para caminar al volver de cenar o en nuestro caso del evento; de día está bien, cambia mucho entre el día y la noche. Aclaro igualmente que no tuvimos ningún problema. Salvo eso, lo recomendamos sin duda!!
