It is clean, the service is good, and the location is convenient. However, the room is too old and the breakfast items are too few and too cheap.

Stopped here to break up a road trip. Convenient location next to the freeway. Rooms were quiet, with vehicle sound not an issue. Plenty of parking and a good inclusive selection for breakfast.

Every Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at has been nice, some better than others, but always pretty good. It wasn’t the nicest Hampton I’ve ever been too, but it was definitely worth a few extra dollars to stay in a place that was MUCH better than other hotels in the area.

A mix up was made on the room we had reserved, we were given a suite which was wonderful to correct that!
One suggestion for the room we stayed in (135), since this is not a fully accessible room (and I didn't need that, worked good for me, balance can be troubling for me), but it is perfectly flat/wide enough for a wheelchair, perhaps a grab bar could be added next to the toilet?
All in all, we had a great stay!

The staff was excellent. Priya, Ashley, and Smith were accommodating, kind, professional and provided excellent customer service. The pipe broke so no water available for 2.5 hours. However, they brought 4 plumbers in to troubleshoot and repaired it quickly.
The rooms were average. It had stains on the wallpapers, dirty and old office chair that squeaked, outdated phone, broken clock that didn't have a plug, chipped tables/cabinets/bathroom vanity. This is not the typical Hampton Suite I usually stay at. It appears to be an older hotel that was converted. Breakfast was good but decaf coffee, hot water, bagels or a variety of pastries were not available.
My overall stay was a little above average. I appreciate the quiet a**osphere and was unable to hear the noise from the highway. I still enjoyed my 3 night stay.

Good customer service. No hot water for my shower or from the sink. Took a cold shower (not by choice).Room smelled dusty. No hot breakfast in the morning as advertised. Location felt safe and the heater worked very good.
