We had an awesome hospitality experience in Shervani at Hilltop. Fodd was AMAZING and Head chef Manjo Ji and restaurant staff was so helpful to my family and specially kids who has so many allergies. My kids were looked after very well looked after to customised menu.

A wonderful hotel with super amenities and thoughtful staff. The food is incredibly good and varies every day with a wide range of dishes for all palettes, including individually prepared eggs and dosa in the morning and naan in the evening. The location is probably the best in Nainital, away from the noise and crowds around the lake and a perfect start point to visit the hills around the lake. They include free transfer down to the lake and back which is a modest walk anyway. Overall highly recommended very good value hotel which is clearly the outcome of the hard work of many thoughtful individuals!

Stay is very comfortable and memorable. I Really enjoyed in swimming poll and garden area at evening. All Staff are very helpfull specially Priyanka From Front office, Pushkar from housekeeping, anshul from bell boy and all restaurant service staff.

It justifies a luxury mountain stay. Cordial staff, delicious buffet, ample activities for kids and adults, play area, shuttle service to mall road. We had a perfect stay. Only thing is that if your kids are 5 and above, opt for an extra bed. Special mention for Chef Bhatt to have curated such a scrumptious spread in breakfast and dinner. Heartfelt thanks for preparing kurkure bhindi for my daughter.

Perfect service with full on cooperation with the guests.. Mall road drop and pick up service is excellent.. Food will make your taste buds come alive.. Housekeeping keeps your needs fulfilled anytime of the day.. Atlast the nature of front office is too cooperative..

This was my second visit to Shervani Hilltop, and it has always been a wonderful experience staying there. The team is extremely courteous, making the overall experience all the better. I loved the new addition of Nursery Cafe done by them, built like a glasshouse with nature all around and delicious food marks for a memorable meal. My kids loved playing in the beautiful gardens and the budding Chef activity done by them. Definitely worth visiting again.

Excellent trip… Beautiful property… ambience is wonderful…. Had the best holiday ever… staff was extremely helpful… food at its best My mom who’s is a senior citizen was really taken care of …clean rooms with well maintained hygiene… overall had a relaxed holiday
