Location & rooms ok, but not maintained as loose switches/taps, not properly cleaned toiltes, buffet breakfast just ordinary. Being on main road lots of traffic noise, parking space for 3-4 cars only. Still overall acceptable.

The location is very beautiful and the rooms are also nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and very respectful. Its a good place for families as well. I would highly recommend it.

Location of property is very nice-on the main road yet privacy is there because of the pretty design. Walking distance to Hanuman garhi temple complex and Naukuchiatal lake.The rooms are very spacious, with all amenities and very classy.Tastefully decorated and very modern. We loved the food.The chef Inder is just too good and staff was helpful

I have lot of issue. 1- electricity was not there. 2- behavior of the receptionist. 3- opted for breakfast but he denied even i showed the booking details
4- no one was picking the call i have called 10 times minimum. 5- the room condition was the worst. 6- tap was not working, the landline was not working and asked the receptionist but he was not interested in resolving it. 7- the receptionist was rude even at the time of check out i have asked for the breakfast but he clearly denied.

The hotel is very basic however the location is good, the services are not upto the mark and the staff is a bit lazy. My experience was okay, lot of power tripping issues and the staff was not ready to start the generator as i have to ask them again and again which was really frustrating.

The stay was easy to find. We arrived a bit late but the host was very helpful and arranged for our food in our room. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were provided. Pretty decor and very cooperative host. The breakfast was very tasty and more than adequate. Would definitely recommend this stay. Worth every penny
