Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room.
This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

My father stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities are top notch. Would highly recommend it to anyone who seeks quality stay in Nanchang.

The hotel's Penny's service was great. She proactively contacted us to inquire about our arrival time and reminded us that we had free access to the executive lounge. We originally thought it was just a simple meal, but the sumptuous dinner made us and our friends very happy! The room was large, the river view was great, and you could see the Ferris wheel at night. I will book a room with you next time I come to Nanchang!
