Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. 第一次給酒店寫評論，不管是沃爾頓的ACA還是假日我一共住了9天，因為突然發燒的緣故不得不滯留在了南昌。這家酒店不管是環境衞生還是工作人員的服務，真的完美極致，令人心暖。我因身體緣故無法下樓續費，前台人員親自上來並且送了很多好吃的零食，甚至專門泡了薑茶端上來。並且期間我無時差的打電話給前台表達需求，所有工作人員超級耐心。酒店早餐種類也很豐富，環境更是沒得説啦！ACA每天一睜眼樓下就是江景，假日酒店也非常安靜。住酒店最重要的就是乾淨！這兩家沒得説，阿姨每天來打掃房間，更換所有用品。連保潔阿姨都很熱心！關心我的身體，提醒我多喝熱水，開窗通風。所有沃爾頓的工作人員真的很認真耐心熱心腸且敬業！在這個陌生的城市，因為沃爾頓讓一切變得温暖起來了，感謝！！
