The service attitude of Xiaomi at the front desk is relatively good. When we checked in at night, Xiaomi helped us upgrade the room. We were given a business room with windows, which was pretty good. The location here is more convenient because it is close to the Line 4 subway station. If you take the subway, , it is still relatively convenient. The hotel recently got a new food delivery robot, which is great. The delivery person can ask the robot to deliver the food to the room, which is more convenient.

A few days before the start of school, I had a sudden idea to make a trip with my best friend, and the route and hotel were only decided two days ago. However, the route was completely wrong. We felt that the happiest thing about coming to Nanjing was staying in this hotel🥳. First of all, the service at the front desk is very good👍 Check-in and check-out are very fast! We arrived after twelve o'clock, and we were immediately assigned a room, and were given two room cards at once! Secondly, the room is very clean, has a small refrigerator, and five bottles of mineral water are placed directly in it! Many hotels give you two bottles at a time! So I really like this, because we stayed for two days in a row, so when we called them to deliver it, they put six bottles directly in front of us🥰It's really friendly to people like us who drink a lot of water. The tea bags provided are also very good, they are Lapsang Souchong! I love it! Another thing I forgot 😭 is that there are tea making tools on the table! This time we wore Hanfu and took pictures with the tea set! The last TV was so big that you could use your mobile phone to cast the screen. When my best friend and I got tired from playing at night, we went straight back to lie down and watch TV🫶! And I slept very well at night, there was no other sound at all! All I can say is that I will definitely choose this restaurant next time I come. In fact, the only bad thing about this hotel is that it is a bit far from the subway station and attractions, but I feel that it is very quiet next to the hotel. It is really the best solution for people who need a good rest after a day of shopping! Taking a taxi from this hotel to Laomendong takes about 20 minutes and costs 20 yuan, which is very cost-effective! And there is a bus next to it that can take you directly to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum! For those who travel, the location is actually very good👍

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

Since we booked a room for the college entrance examination, the hotel upgraded the room very considerately. A reminder card was posted in the corridor that there are candidates on this floor. The restaurant has a college entrance examination set meal. The waiters are also very warm and enthusiastic to us. Thank you for the safety and hygiene of the hotel these days guarantee service.

It’s a 3.5 star hotel…. room is great: clean, view (if you upgrade), balcony, huge bathroom, good bed, furnitures well-maintained. When it comes to culinary, it’s a big disasters: room service menu… no breakfast options, no drink options (except 2 local wines, not even soft drinks or water), no restaurants are having any normal drinks and very tiny food selection. Executive Club no need to pay for… even a airport lounge is doing much better. WaiMai only way to eat at such beautiful venue. It’s really a shame. Hopefully Hilton is reviewing this property and get it back on track. Really beautiful venue. Staff also very nice, just efforts from the General Manager is missing. Will not come back but would recommend for the rooms and view.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I booked a room with 3 beds for the family. The layout is very interesting and the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean too. My minor complaints are that the wifi in my room not working when connected, and the water temperature fluctuate during showering. The breakfast was good too.
