The room was very spacious and tidy, with daily cleaning and all the hygiene products restocked. Hotel is located just next to the beautiful touristic area and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And they have lovely cats living in the hotel!

We love the late night congee. We appreciate them washing and drying our dirty clothes for free and without instructions. 😉 We put the dirty clothes in a laundry bag in the morning, plan to take them to the laundry room ourselves in the evening; but found them cleaned and hanged on the door handle when we got back. 👍

The front desk staff, Wu YaNan (吴雅楠） was very helpful from the start of our stay till the end. She helped us secured two rooms next to each other, assisted us with all our queries on the use of the Chinese Apps (aliPay, meituan, dianping, etc) and connecting us with a local tour guide. All in she helped us a lot. Recommend to look for her next time any one stay at UrCove XinJieKou Nanjing.

I recently had a delightful one-night stay at the Golden Eagle International Hotel in their deluxe Queen size bedroom. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the elegance and comfort of the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel premises was top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and reassuring. I came to Nanjing with my family during the Spring Festival. This time I did not choose to stay in the city center of Xinjiekou, but chose the New Regent in Yuhua District. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi from Nanjing South Station and Nanjing Station (Nanjing South is closer). There is a small shopping mall called Bauhinia Square next to it, which has Hema. It is very convenient to buy things. It is a very good experience. The attitude of the service staff is very good. The needs of hotel guests are also responded to in a timely manner. The room is very clean. The whole European style Nanjing Fine Cuisine Restaurant in the hotel is good

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

Cute, comfortable, cozy This hotel hits beyond expectations and the service is amazing, and location and staff. It’s 4min by DiDi to Nanjing Station and near all restaurants, one can even have coffee downstairs. 周逸逸 has been amazing and helpful and will assist you till the last minute you check out of the hotel. And help yourself to complementary sucks in the fridge

I can there with my son for my birthday. This hotel is perfect kids at any age. They have a beautiful play room, swimming pool and gym. The room has a mini kitchen and washing machine. I was very satisfied with this hotel. The room had a great view and was very clean.

Receptionist are nice and kind, they try to help or answer questions. Room is big enough for 1-2 persons Cleanness is the issue here, first I got the room with full of hair on the floor and they gave my new room. But still hair on the floor but less than the first one. Breakfast is good, I’m satisfied.
