"Hotel doesn’t allow to cancel booking despite it’s about illness. I was unable to move due to high hill reaction in mount ericyes. Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…"

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The common areas are also very appealing, and in the evenings, there's even a bonfire while you enjoy drinks – it creates a fantastic atmosphere! There are many cats around the hotel, all very friendly and well-behaved. I highly recommend the room type I stayed in; although not huge, it never felt damp, and the window view was stunning. This is a significant upgrade from the standard rooms, which only have small windows. Definitely worth it! The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cats seemed very pleased too!"

The view of the hot air balloons was magical, and breakfast—though not something we chose—had a nice variety and was beautifully presented at the table. The rooms were cozy, and the staff were helpful and polite throughout. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks or fixtures for towels and clothes. Overall, a lovely experience!"

"This place was disappointment after disappointment. We arrived at midnight on the 7th of September 2024 to an empty lobby. We had to go around looking for someone to check us in. When we were ushered to our room, it was swelteringly hot as there were no windows or A/C available. We booked a room with a pool which was freezing cold our entire stay so we couldn't use it, even after complaining to the reception. The shower was broken and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Would not recommend at all. If you are considering staying here, save your money and go somewhere else."
