This is a lovely Jiufen B&B steps away from old street and ah mei teahouse. The room is clean and tastefully decorated.Beds are firm and comfortable. Room comes with aircon and heater. Jiufen old street is easily accessible up a steep flight of stairs and you come up to the middle section of the old street. Amei tea house and the old theatre are 3mins away on another steep flight of stairs downwards. Breakfast was traditional ********* porridge with many side dishes. We had it in a bright sunny dining room of the owner. The food was well presented and delicious. It was a very comfortable stay and will highly recommend this place ( only for folks who can manage stairs). Do not bring your big luggages as there were many narrow steep stairs to negotiate. This place is a little hard to find on your own. We called ahead and got the lady owner to meet us in the main road.

The room is very good. The view is very good. A view of this size comes with a room price that is not expensive when compared to other places in the same area. Accommodation near the tea house, within walking distance, good view, complete with amenities, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, air purifier. The bed is very soft. (I secretly have a little back pain, haha.) The room is very spacious. Can sleep four people. There is no hair dryer drive in the room. Take the bus and stop exactly in front of the accommodation. The view was good and clean and so good except for the top of the mountain. There was a fatal downside. It rained that day, and the heavy cotton quilt and yo were wet with humidity. In the quilt in yo. The cold humidity came up and down and I couldn't sleep for one degree. The body was humid and heavy. ㅠㅠ. Ohhh... Finally came down from bed and covered my jacket on the tatami floor and slept sideways, and eventually I got cold and I couldn't digest my schedule afterwards. I came back to Taipei and went back to Korea. It was so unfortunate that the facilities and facilities were not in the style of Japanese ryokan.

I was surprised at the size of the room. there were two king beds, and low table and sofa. it was too big to make use of that nice facility, but still comfortable. The problem was the staff not being able to speak any English, but still they try to communicate. The sandwich they made for complimentary Breakfast was yummy. I would even pay for that.
