I missed the first night staying there because my flight got canceled. I tried to call about the circumstances, but nobody picked up. The next day, I came in, my entire booking (4 days, 3 nights) got canceled because I didnt show up on the first day, despite I already paid full for the entire stay. Thankfully, the hotel has the greatest and most helpful front desk officer. He explained to me in details about the rules and his condition, running the hotel on his own (mostly) during the day; hence, it was difficult for him to pick my phone call the previous day. However, he was able to grab me one night stay at the hotel. The hotel was okay, but the front desk service was exquisite!

I enjoyed this hotel so much!! The staff is very nice and helpful with the exception of one man who brought me fresh towels he was very rude from the start which definitely caught me off guard, but other then that the bed was soft the sheets and blankets were great the shower had great hot water and water pressure the towels were nice plus the ice machine had pellet ice which was great also to top it all off the breakfast was amazing!! Both days there were different things and they were always hot and refilled constantly the food staff was very attentive and fast loved their hospitality!!!

The location is in the Jewish residential area, the street is not clean, shopping and eating around is difficult, and the traffic is inconvenient to the subway. The only advantage is that it is close to Pratt. In fact, the choice of downtown hotel is better, the price is almost the same, only 10 minutes walk, the convenience difference is 10 times.

The hotel itself is very good, the location is not good, the surrounding is ragged, the cute black brothers go out, the front desk is mostly black, the Chinese are still friendly, do not provide Chinese service, breakfast is not good, less special, from the subway near.
