Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.

The hotel is great. From check in to check out everything was excellent. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were prepared for us so that we could use them straight away. It was clean and there was a healthy welcome snack. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. It's a shame that you get so full so quickly that you can't try everything. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a river view and the lights in the evening were beautiful. Definitely recommendable. Thank you!

The experience of staying in Kaiyuan is very good. First of all, when checking in at the front desk, a little housekeeper Lu Rui added my WeChat and helped me upgrade my room for free. After checking in, I also sent fruits and good night drinks. The facilities and facilities in the room are very good, and the hygiene is also good. New Century Resort Jiulong Lake exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful and offering valuable tips on things to do in the area. 包智慧 was especially kind and helpful! The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the water, giving it a tropical vibe. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the resort was very family-friendly. While it was a shame that the outdoor pool was only open in July and August, the indoor pool and hot tub were still great. The resort's proximity to the Scenic Area allowed for a day of exploration, with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and a lovely temple. The resort was surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere that I highly recommend. The option to rent bikes and participate in various activities added to the enjoyment of the stay. I particularly appreciated the pleasant bonfire evenings with music, which provided a nice touch without being too loud. Overall, I highly recommend New Century Resort Jiulong Lake as a place to relax and unwind. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute taxi ride from the Ningbo train station.

The front desk was friendly and professional, the processing was very fast, and the child was given a small gift, and I felt at home. Staying for a short 2 days, every day the aunt will clean the room seriously, and will smile and say hello when she encounters it in the corridor. The hotel is very large and new, the gym and children's amusement park have experience Breakfast is very rich The location is particularly good, go out and turn left for 5 minutes to Chenghuang Temple, turn right and walk is Yuehu Park

I had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Moments. I am in-between apar**ents and needed to stay nearby family. Xiao Qui specifically and the rest of the staff really took care of me. I planned on staying one night but due to Xiao’s amazing customer service and her attention to customer care, I decided to stay 3 nights. The hotel has a Harry Potter vibe which I love, really convenient location with a mall nearby and very clean. I love the smart toilet addition in the Deluxe rooms! Thank you Wanda Moments!

Truly stunning. A warm welcome with amenities and extras all explained. Booked a spa trea**ent and dinner from the front desk. The lake facing room had the best view I've ever had from a hotel. A shuttle service to take us to the spa village. The spa trea**ents were in a cute massage house with excellent service. Dinner was at the fish restaurant which had a variety of reccomended dishes as well as meat or veg options. This allowed for a nice walk back in the evening going around the grounds. Good facilities with a lovely indoor pool and a games room. Breakfast had a huge amount of choice that was constantly being refilled. One downside was children running around with whistles blaring but that is down to poor parenting not the hotel. Nice again to walk around the grounds after breakfast. The room had a comfy bed and huge windows to show the view. A very nice bath too but it would've been improved by including some bath salts or bath lotion. Downsides - the air conditioning in the room wouldn't drop below 24°, fapiaos were a little complicated and not exactly how we wanted it, the shuttle buggys could be slow to arrive and the drivers could dissappear and you would wait for 10 minutes with no driver. The 'Red bar' was also closed so no where to go for a quiet drink. Overall I would give and 4 3/4 stars out of 5

The resort and room are beautiful. We went for 1 night just to use the pool. The pool was lovely and huge. I was shocked how cold the air conditioner in the room was because it was so hot outside. This made me so happy. We rented a golf cart to ride around for 80 rmb for 30 minutes. That was fun. The room was great and bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. It was a nice weekend but honestly I wouldn’t return. You can only spend so much time in the pool and there is nothing else to do around the hotel. If you like sitting in nature and reading a book or meditating you will love the place.

Everything is great: location, service and cleanliness. Very nice and big bathroom with a lovely bathtub with an amazing view. Very cosy, soft bed. The only little thing - the window can be opened only with a help of the housekeeper (she has the ”opener”), which is not very convenient. All the rest is good. Thank you for a great service.

Old is gold, I have been living here since long time, love the beds in this hotel. The only problem that I felt this time the room needs renovation, carpets have worn out. So time for some upgrade.
