I was asked several times if I needed help with my luggage in the lobby. Someone was always watching my every move. I said I would wait for my friend in the lounge, and Cassie, a girl from the concierge department, brought me barley tea and asked if I wanted to store my luggage first. After checking in, it would be delivered to the room. I felt that I was taken care of here. My friend's car is a new energy vehicle. I drove to the charging pile of the State Grid in the underground parking lot for a long time but still couldn't charge it. Later, I came to the lobby and met John. I asked him if he knew how to operate the charging pile. He took us to the parking lot very enthusiastically, assisted us in charging, and added WeChat to send us the operation guide in case we encounter similar situations next time. He also told us that we could send messages at any time if we needed any help. Later, he asked him to help us make an appointment for the Sanjiang Night Tour in the evening to see the beautiful scenery of Ningbo at night. Thank you very much to the staff of Ningbo Marriott for letting us spend a pleasant holiday.

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is great. From check in to check out everything was excellent. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were prepared for us so that we could use them straight away. It was clean and there was a healthy welcome snack. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. It's a shame that you get so full so quickly that you can't try everything. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a river view and the lights in the evening were beautiful. Definitely recommendable. Thank you!

This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. I didn't expect that Atour Hotel can be so good. The service is very warm and makes people feel at home. Although the room is not too big, it is sufficient. The toiletries are of high quality, the bedding is new, and the pillows are the highlight. There is a latex memory pillow. The late-night snacks starting at 9:30 pm include wontons, glutinous rice balls, side dishes, fruits, etc. The taste is also very good👍. Just because I stayed in Ningbo for one night and had to go to Shaoxing the next day, I decisively continued to choose Atour, which is not good for the lumbar and cervical spine. To me, Atour's mattresses and pillows are so friendly and much more comfortable than the soft mattresses in five-star hotels.

出門基本上都訂全季，截至目前還沒踩過雷，如果非要比一比的話，這家的服務人員都很客氣、也很有邊界感。流程有體系，住宿層需要刷卡上樓，機器人送餐，不會打擾私人空間。隔音蠻好的，睡得很舒服。 周圍其實蠻多家全季，選這家也是因為做攻略的時候覺得地角好，入住那天放下包就去隔壁鼓樓逛了，超方便。來了以後寧波下大雨沖掉了一些出行計劃，隨手點這附近的外賣也很好吃，推薦大家嘗試各家的炒年糕們。 這附近下過雨也不會有什麼異味，敏感人體驗值拉滿了。雨小一些出來溜達覓食，打卡完想吃的店就開始亂走。夜遊月湖非常治癒，下過雨幾乎看不到人影，空氣裏都是植物和泥土的潮濕味道，還遇到了水鳥（盲猜是鸕鶿）。從大概是月湖的北門出來，走着走着發現面前就是酒店，特 別 近。 大概因為節假日，臨走時還收穫了前台贈送的油贊子，總的來説非常開心。

The location of the homestay is too good to say, downstairs is the Drum Tower Pedestrian Street, eating, drinking and hanging seamlessly.
