Truly stunning. A warm welcome with amenities and extras all explained. Booked a spa trea**ent and dinner from the front desk. The lake facing room had the best view I've ever had from a hotel. A shuttle service to take us to the spa village. The spa trea**ents were in a cute massage house with excellent service. Dinner was at the fish restaurant which had a variety of reccomended dishes as well as meat or veg options. This allowed for a nice walk back in the evening going around the grounds. Good facilities with a lovely indoor pool and a games room. Breakfast had a huge amount of choice that was constantly being refilled. One downside was children running around with whistles blaring but that is down to poor parenting not the hotel. Nice again to walk around the grounds after breakfast. The room had a comfy bed and huge windows to show the view. A very nice bath too but it would've been improved by including some bath salts or bath lotion. Downsides - the air conditioning in the room wouldn't drop below 24°, fapiaos were a little complicated and not exactly how we wanted it, the shuttle buggys could be slow to arrive and the drivers could dissappear and you would wait for 10 minutes with no driver. The 'Red bar' was also closed so no where to go for a quiet drink. Overall I would give and 4 3/4 stars out of 5

I visited Ningbo for the 1st time and had a nice time. This property is very well kept, clean and wonderful customer service. Unfortunately they had to close the indoor swimming pool, and that was a bit disappointing as I came prepared to swim, but understandable. Overall, I will be back for sure.Thank you for a good stay! My cousin’s ancestral home is Dongqian Lake, but he is now in Shanghai. The child is going to elementary school, and the family is going back to their hometown to play. This is a newly opened hotel with a very good location. As a Dongqian Lake person, I usually drive by and always look back. I booked two nights and could see Dongqian Lake directly through the window. I booked a lake view room. When I consulted the hotel, I was told that the lake view room only had a 2-meter bed. Since we are a family of three (the child is 7 years old), I booked an extra crib. Unexpectedly, after the guest arrived, he made it clear that he did not need an extra bed. It was already past 10 o'clock at night. The extra bed was cancelled, but the bed was not removed. When checking out, I found that the extra breakfast coupon for the extra bed had been used (the child was just over 1.2 meters tall). After explaining the situation, no extra bed fee was charged, nor was the booked extra bed breakfast fee. Very personal service. Absolute five-star service!

離東錢湖不遠，但還有一段距離，床品設施可以，熱水空調都很足，房間不冷，可是奇怪的是大廳沒開空調！早飯也還行，有雪菜肉絲麵年糕和小混沌，稀飯煮的很好，鹹鴨蛋也不錯，炒飯太硬，豆漿就是糖浠水吧，榨菜真咸，還有奇怪的是前台要交200押金，說是損害賠償或消費，回房間看房間根本沒有可消費的東西，那就是損害賠償準備，可是不給押金收據，我又回前台要，她解釋說都不給，還說我的錢還沒到她帳上，可是我查了支付寶顯示到她酒店名下了，可能和攜程還有流程，但是我看不出來啊，攜程協議裏也沒說要收押金啊？然後我的支付寶裏也沒顯示押金明細，短信里也沒收到信息明示啊！還說我不應該不信任她，她不會沒收了這錢，我說我給錢你給收條證明不應該嗎？不給我不應該要嗎？借錢還有欠條呢！你不信任才要押金，那不給我收條，我憑啥信任你啊？然後問我是不是沒住過高級酒店！真奇葩，難道這是9🌟酒店？沒印象哪個高星級酒店要交押金的？不知道是她沒住過還是啥意思！她沒穿工作衣，穿了個毛絨絨的冬衣是啥星級設計啊？從沒見過哪個酒店服務生如此傲慢與偏見無禮！反正就是感覺奇葩，沒素養！退房時我不提醒，也沒告知要退我錢，讓我查收，我提醒了，把條給服務生（另一個）才給我錢！
