Will come back again. Impressed with the amenities of the hotel. Simple yet functions well. The room isn't too small. Location also good. Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast too. The laundry service is good too.

Good location, remote distance between nankai namba station and Shinsaibashi!
Lobby is big with lots of seats.
Breakfast is provided with the hotel! Good!
You can place the luggage until 3pm with their lockers in B1.
However, I found stains in the cups and I used it. U felt disgusting after I found those stain were removable :(

Getting to the hotel from the airport was incredibly easy, thanks to the convenient subway access. The surrounding area is bustling with shops and restaurants, offering everything you could want within walking distance. The hotel itself offers great value for money, and I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – it was absolutely fantastic and plentiful!

This hotel is very close to Dotonbori—just a five-minute walk. Breakfast is included and it’s delicious! There’s also a free coffee machine downstairs. The MRT station is also very close, making it super convenient to get around. Recommended!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent—just steps away from the main shopping street in Namba and conveniently close to a subway entrance, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was simple but adequate, with enough options to start the day. A great bonus is that you can securely store your luggage at the hotel for free, which is very convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Not sure why the bathroom in the room smells like public toilet. Room is very very small (compared to other small hotel rooms also in Japan). Mattress and pillows are very stiff, not very comfortable to sleep on. My room was right in front of the elevator, it’s so noisy because of the elevator sound.
Other than that, staff members are nice and helpful. Good location, very close to a subway station, easy access to Osaka castle.

Convenient location, near to exit through out Namba station subway/metro. Just 2-3mins walk to Shisaibashi/Ebisubashi.
