"The location is fantastic! It's just about 150 meters south of Kintetsu Nippombashi Station, and directly across from Kuromon Market. Shinsaibashi is also only a 10-minute walk to the north. The rooftop bar has great views, including a section with a transparent floor. The self-service laundry facilities are a bit limited, with only two machines, but there are also microwaves available. Room 206 on the second floor is in a slightly awkward spot, but it's also a good room to 'stake out' if you're waiting for a washing machine to become free."

"The location is fantastic, very close to Takamatsu and the JR station, and also super convenient for the ferry terminal. The bed is large and the bedding is very comfortable. It's a perfect place to stay for island hopping. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance."

"This guesthouse is very clean and well-equipped with personal toiletries, a microwave, and a small pot. The location is also excellent; there are trash cans and convenience stores downstairs, and just a short walk away are a subway station and a supermarket. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and close to Dotonbori and Namba. Customer service is also very responsive, so you can communicate any issues promptly. If you're traveling alone, especially as a woman, try not to return too late at night and stay safe."

"When I checked in, I accidentally left an envelope of money on the table on the first floor and went up to my room. A staff member came up to our room and delivered it to us. Thank you again for your patience. Namba Station and Dotonbori are both about a 20-minute walk away. Nishiohashi Subway Station is right in front, making it easily accessible. Shinsaibashi is very close, and Orange Street is also nearby, making it a great place for shopping. The room may feel a bit small, but if you're the type of person who just sleeps and wanders around, it's a great value. The first-floor common area is also great for snacking on convenience store food. (There's even a coffee pot, so you can boil water and enjoy ramen!)"

"This hotel is close to Hommachi Subway Station, which is two stations to Namba. Staff service is very good, nice, and friendly. The atmosphere around is quiet, but I love it. The store at the intersection next to the hotel has a great price; some items are cheaper than in tourist areas. The beef grill in front of the hotel is good; I like it. "Overall, it was pretty good. The high floor offered a great view. Perhaps because it's a new hotel, the facilities are very modern. The bathroom is a standard Japanese size; the bathtub is slightly smaller than a typical hotel's, so your limbs might bump into the walls when showering, but this is common in most Japanese hotels. Although it's next to a highway, I found the noise acceptable. There might be some motorcycles revving late at night, but it usually only lasts about ten seconds, which is normal and didn't affect my sleep. There's a convenience store nearby and a subway station close by, which is very convenient."

"Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean and amenities are provided. Will not provide picture of the rooms as is exactly like in the picture. 2. Soundproof was actually good as there is a small balcony overseeing train station and I like the view of it. 3. Walking distance, approx 10 mins or more depending on your walking speed to Tsutentaku, Shinsekai or Donki. 4. I highly would like to say “Arigato” and praise the host for responding to all my questions before checking in and during my check-in progress (when I encounter issue). They respond to all my queries on time. 5. The train station located nearby has JR, Metro or Nankai lines, which can bring you directly to Minoh-Kayano Station, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka or Kansai Airport. A proper planning is require to take your require train. Cons: 1. We have 2 medium and 1 small luggages and barely can open full 2 medium luggage despite having a closet. 1 small luggage can be open fully in the middle between the 2 beds but it will block the walking to the balcony (if require to go there). 2. The kitchen and toilet area, gets quite cold during the night and the heater cannot reach that area. Not sure if the floor has a warmer. 3. Despite there is a train station nearby, still require to walk approx. 8 mins above depending on your walking speed. If you are coming with JR train, there were no lift or escalator at the nearby exit to the stay. We had to carry all the luggages down till the exit. However, if you are taking Nankai lines to the airport, then no issue with the luggage as there are 1 lift operating at the nearby entrance. 4. The road at night gets quite lonely and scary if you are walking alone but I believe is alright in Japan. 5. No eateries/restaurants and convenience mart within the 5 mins walk. Overall, I enjoy my stay here and I always stay at this area during my travel to Osaka due to lesser crowd and convenience to reach airport. One thing to note, do complete all the pre-registration that the host has email you in order for a smooth check-in. Again, I would like to thank the host for the great hospitality and responding to my queries."

"## Facilities The subway station is quite close, about a five-minute walk, but you'll need to take the Nankai line. ## Service The front desk staff was truly amazing. We couldn't make calls from our mobile phones, so he kindly used the hotel's phone to help us book a restaurant. ## Cleanliness As a new hotel, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We chose this hotel for our trip to the World Expo. A fantastic perk was the direct access to the boat pier from the hotel's second floor. Plus, the boat tickets even came with a priority entry pass! Overall, it was a really great experience."

"The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a balcony, a washing machine, and all facilities are clean and tidy. The rooms are larger than those in typical hotels. The front desk responds quickly to any needs, and the service is excellent. Transportation to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and other areas is also very convenient."

"In a word, it's new. After a long day of sightseeing, a relaxing bath at night is just perfect. The best part is its proximity to Osaka Station, making it convenient to go anywhere. Just 100 meters downstairs is the Kansai Airport Line station, and 200 meters to the newly opened South Building this year. It's surrounded by large commercial complexes. You can get to Tenma, Namba, Osaka Castle, Universal Studios, and Kansai Airport all without transfers."
