Sssuper!! thank you! I am absolutely delighted; I liked everything!! interior, exterior, all sorts of nice things; cleaning robots; free laundry; massage chairs and hydromassage in the room!!!; smoking room; powerful breakfast and much more!
a couple of little things: a small cockroach in a karaoke restaurant.. and also I didn't like one room in which the air conditioner hung directly over the headboard..
overall, the hotel is really cool, super!, thank you!!

Second time to stay here! My kids love here so much for the free drinks and self made ramen at night. There are different workshops to join but we didn’t have enough time . Location is perfect and convenient to get to the airport !

Very good location, only 3-5 mins from north exit of Tennoji JR station. Lots of toiletries and free coupons for experiences (karaoke, takoyaki/sushi making, afternoon high tea) to choose from.

The location of the hotel is excellent and it is just a few minutes walk to JR station. There are lots of coupons and free samples available in the lobby. Free drink for 24 hours. Nice experience. The only thing to comment is size of the room which is quite small.

Like the location near train station n Tennoji Park. Staff not good at English n with helpful. Lots of freebies though room is small but cosy.

I stayed this hotel in 2017 which was impressed me by lots of amenities provided in the lobby as well as the drinks and snacks. 5 years past, I insisted to stay in this hotel and finally without any regrets. The room is clean and a massage chair in the room as before. The snack has been changed to the complimentary aftertea which is impressive. Chinese staff is of much assistance when I checked in and provided lots of information of the hotel facilities.

This is our second time staying here
Same room type
But the room feels a little smaller than last time
Overall it's still very good
Children can play in the small playground all day for free.
Free drinks, ice cream, and popcorn are also provided…
