One of the best hotel in Osaka!! Easy to check in, staffs are all so kind and ready to greet you, their breakfast are also superb, plus everyday they clean the room and replace amenities, will definitely come back here again

The location is great only a few minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station. I enjoy the breakfast so much as it offers a bit of western and Japanese. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind to my 8 month old son. They come to play with him and assist us with booking a taxi. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is very convenient to take subway or bus, and there are a lot of stores around to buy anything you want,and the room is very clean, and the staff there are all kind the friendly , they helped me a lot even though i didn't speak Japanese, i live in the hotel almost three weeks, even i didn't want to leave for Brazil at last, i recommend you this hotel if you have a trip there.

The location is very close to Shinsaibashi main shopping street but there are many clubs around the hotel. The staffs are good and the cleanliness is not bad too. But the hotel square meters are a bit small.

The room was slightly larger compared to other hotels of the same level in the area, which provided a bit more comfort and space to relax. However, the toilet was quite small, which might be a downside for some guests.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, with numerous dining options within walking distance, making it very convenient for food lovers. Overall, Comfort Hotel is a good choice if you prioritize room size and a prime location.

Location superb . Very near to Shinshibashi station. Full of amenities nearby the hotel. Never go hungry. Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful with your requests. The rooms just nice for 2 med-sized adults.
