Airport pickup, TV movies, restaurant ceiling fans, reservations for dinner were all broken/didn’t work (including telling us after arrival that it’s 4K per person for the boat transfer, when we had been quoted 2.5k at time of booking and we even saw an advert at the resort for locals to come to the island for the day for 2.5k INCLUDING LUNCH?!?). Many other things were mismanaged or not managed at all including only orange, green, and water melon as fruit for breakfast. What is this some cheap American hotel?!? When I asked, I got a banana and some under ripe papaya. Good effort by the very nice staff who are always willing to help but where is the manager of this place. Lots more management, lots more training necessary to justify the high prices and they’re difficult to get to location.

We traveled as a family and stayed in two duplex villas for three nights. The hotel alone cost NT$20,000. In addition to the good hotel environment, other conveniences, meals, and rules are really hard to describe. The hotel is far away from island hopping, and the price is twice as expensive as other hotels, so I really recommend staying in the town. There is also diving, which is more expensive than others. There is nothing interesting to see. It is under the hotel pier without going out to the sea. For lunch, there is a Chinese restaurant. It takes half an hour from ordering to serving. I don’t know if it was fished from the sea temporarily. A Filipino dish is even more outrageous. It takes only an hour and a half to fry a chicken. I wonder if it was a chicken that went out to the island temporarily to catch it. No wonder there are not many tourists and it is deserted at night. The most annoying thing is that the time to leave the island is according to their time. As a result, we have to wait for a long time at the pier and arrive at the airport too early, resulting in another three hours of waiting. Very poor experience! ! ! It’s really not worth the price! !

Local airport vehicle pick-up/ship on and off the island: 4000P if purchased separately, but this is the worst part of the experience. First of all, it is difficult to contact, and no one responds to emails. On the return journey, a boat of people came out together. I wanted to leave at 1:00 pm after lunch. When I checked out at 11:00, the front desk said that I would take the 12:00 boat to leave. But some people were late and waited until 12:45 to leave.
