Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village.
Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it.
Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby.
They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

The room is nice, the toilet is clean and convenient, and the decoration is relatively new, but the smell is a bit strong when you first enter the room. The service is also enthusiastic, but they don't come to clean every day, and you need to throw out the garbage bags yourself. It is very close to the Louvre, and there are supermarkets and many restaurants around, which is very convenient.

My stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris was nothing short of exceptional, combining luxury, comfort, and a prime location in the heart of the city. The hotel is situated close to the Eiffel Tower, offering stunning views and easy access to many of Paris's top attractions.
From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the little details, like the welcome drink and personalized service.
The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the view from the room—waking up to a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower was truly magical. The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience.
Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to start the day. I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, where the cuisine was exquisite, showcasing a mix of traditional French flavors with a modern twist.
The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a chic bar area perfect for unwinding in the evening. The meeting and event spaces were impressive as well, making the Pullman a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.
One of the best aspects of the Pullman Hotel Paris is its location. Being close to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions like the Champs-Élysées and the Seine River made exploring Paris incredibly convenient. The nearby metro stations also made it easy to travel to other parts of the city.
Overall, my experience at the Pullman Hotel Paris was outstanding. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the City of Light.

Excellent location for Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro is 5 min walk away (opened for a week whilst we were there). Is currently undergoing upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room is standard Paris size, clean. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. Our experience was great, no issues with shower/hot water. Many good restaurants around. We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

In general my stay at the hotel was good, with the exception that one day, the room cleaning was not done. I came back at the hotel at 1:30pm to continue my meetings from there and the room was not done. I hade to work until 6pm, so when I was ready to go out I have asked in reception to send somebody to clean, but the answer was that it was not possible because at that time there were no cleaning services. In a 4 star hotel, I cannot understand how come you leave a room without cleaning.

GGuest UserA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service
My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.
AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)
GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed.
I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process.
When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows.
We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over.
We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny.
After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all.
It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude.
On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.
AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.
GGuest UserHad a really good stay there! I went with one friend and we met amazing people! The bar is cheap and nice!! A perfect way to meet new friends from around and from the hostle. I recommend. Our windows was broken and they fixed it! It’s not Wow but it’s still cute! The bathroom is really basic.
NnicoleEN/ The room is small, normal for Paris, the bathroom is TINY, and the water from the shower gets all over the bathroom. Over that, I think this is a great hotel, many restaurants and store near by! And of course, the Arc of Triumph
Oh, and the hairdryer doesn’t work over 10 minutes of use
The room is small, normal for Paris, but the bathroom is very small, the water from the shower is swallowed into the bathroom because there is no curtain. Besides that, the hotel has an excellent location, near stores and restaurants, and of course the Arc of the Triumph!
Ah, and the hair dryer stops working after 10 minutes of use
환환석I booked a shared dormitory and the room and bed itself were pretty nice and I would like to give a high score.
The bed has a charging socket as well as two USB direct sockets although the charging speed of USB sockets is not so fast.
Overall, the room condition was pretty nice and absolutely recommendable.
But, if you take toilet-related things and conveniences into account when you choose accommodations, I definitely recommend you get the other hotels.
No urinals, you have to use the toilet to do a p. That makes toilet hygiene even worse.
From the male's perspective, there were only two toilets(one of them was out of service so technically there was only one for the whole dormitories) and two shower booths.
Shower booths were so crowded in the morning and even there's a queue.
Once you get in the shower room, it is separated into two parts by the transparent door. A shower booth and a changing room(or whatever you call it). Probably, you have seen this type of shower room so many times. The hygiene of the changing part was terrible. Even worse was there wasn't a shelf exist. So you have to put your things on the floor or hang them on the small hanger(I would say it is just a nail).
The water temperature was extremely difficult to adjust. You will spend lots of time adjusting it carefully. It could only be either SUPER hot or cold. The most annoying part was even once you put them in the right spot, the temperature will begin to change.
Additionally, the bathroom sink is literally misconstructed. When you give up taking a shower and head to the sink, you will meet a horriblely miss-shaped one.
It is shaped horizontally long but the depth is terribly short. It makes you not only spill a huge amount of water on the floor but also makes it hard to clean out your thing like your face.
I highly recommend you bring your own towel.
I was extremely surprised once they said I had to pay around 6,5 EUR only for a towel. I understand they make money by lending things but the price for the towel rent is literally a rip-off.
GGuest UserThe hotel had poor standard, the decor was worn and old, but nice price and clean. It was closed to subway, and not to far for walking to attraktions. Some of the staff spoke French rather than English, so communication was difficult. Ordered continental breakfast when booking the hotel, but wanted gluten-free. Tried to get in contact with the hotel several times via email and explain, but they newer answered. When we arrived they couldn’t help us, so had to go to the grocery store and buy my own breakfast, without compensation.
