The hotel and staff were excellent. My room was excellent. The area was not lively enough for me though. It got busier if you went a little North towards Pattaya.

Good value accommodation, close to the beach, not expensive, complete with facilities, TV, refrigerator, the bed is a bit hard. Suitable for those who save money on accommodation and enjoy the seaside atmosphere instead. Very peaceful.

The hotel is good, everything is decent. There is an elevator, etc. But its location is very bad. There is no normal food (fatty street food does not count), no exchange offices and shops, the beach is not a beach. The room with a sea view, look at the photo to see what view you will get, the whole building is half sideways to the sea, most of the rooms have this view. Out of 4 days of booking, we spent one night and in the morning we ran to another hotel. Just if you hang out in the room, this is a great option. Breakfasts across the street - an expensive option there.

I often go here. Overall, I am satisfied. It is by the sea, the room is clean, and there is not much parking space. However, I like to sit and relax by the sea. I booked a room with a sea view. The price is considered OK.
