Check in perfeito. Rápido, simpático, eficiente. Mesmo com fila, a concierge agilizou o atendimento, que foi conduzido de forma leve e bem humorada - apesar de ser final do dia. All we needed was here, practicality, easy access, excellent location, abundant trade around. The service is excellent, with careful and well-performing people. Juliana has helped us very much in our stay at the hotel.

The breakfast has always been the same, with relatively few changes. After eating for about a month, there will be nothing novel

beach. Hotel looks good on first impression but on closer looking lobby is tired, sofas need cleaning. Rooms very very basic, covers so dated, doors shabby. There is strange sort of small lounge as you come in which doesn't serve any purpose. Curtains didn't meet, only two sockets worked. Air conditioning button seemed to have loose wires and you had to jiggle the switch about to get it working. The tv was a big old grey version (didn't think they were still used) only CNN channel. Breakfast not really good couldn't get a normal cup of tea. Not everyone likes flavoured. Asked for natural tea told didn't have any. Staff not very friendly asked if they could print boarding passes and told no system was done but clearly they were using it at the desk, concierge gentlemen were very nice. Long story short our original hotel cancelled on us 2 hours before check out so this was all our agent could find night before carnival !! We were expecting more as our cancelled hotel was luxury . So this hotel is clean but very old smells of cleaning products spray and beds very uncomfortable. Pillows and bedding poor quality. The highlight was Edien on reception hearing our story he was very helpful in advising us and arranging calls to new hotel which our agency agreed to transfer us . So maybe if you want basic 4 star great location cheap but our expectations were higher .

We were on family holidays, I reserved a four-bed room, with a couple bed and two single beds, which was perfectly suited to us. After a strong rain we returned from a restaurant, we went up to 11th floor and this was flooded! We managed to get to the room and in a short time the water also started to get in it! I called the reception, who knew the problem already, and they told me that I could change the room, we closed the bags and went to another floor. The lift had water, which scared my children. We were directed to a triple room, with a couple bed and a single, we sleeped the first night right there ... we tightened a little. On the other day, I called the hotel's reception, who told me to talk to the hotel's govern, who said the hotel was in works and they didn't expect that rain. I said that we wouldn't have to return to our four-room ... As I had already paid on the entrance, we decided to stay. I made some claims, only one was not answered. But we don't like the way we were answered, in general. Out of this episode: Check-in and check-out ok. WI-FI is not as fast as informed. Parking was not vacant, I had to pay out in another place. Cleaning ok. Breakfast recommended, free. I didn't use room service, but it has. Good location.

So i know this review is a little late as we stayed there in March of 2019. Nevertheless this is an amazing little hotel, perfect walking distance to all shops, beach and restaurants. Especially considering the price. We were really shock at the value for money. Rooms are a little small but we didn't need anything more as we were hardly in the room. Breakfast was good but honestly we found a little cafe down the road on the way to the beach that served the most amazing local breakfast treats.

Even before I enter the hotel they stop me to check my temperature. Distant check in is the norm at this hotel which, was great to see. Hand sanitizer throughout the hotel. The staff was cleaning consistently. At breakfast everything was wrapped in plastic on the table. The waiters brought a tray of food all wrapped in plastic from which to choose from. The selection was great. And the service was outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The hotel is well located near the pharmacies, restaurants and markets. I was surprised at the time of check-in that the two rooms were next to each other and when they arrived in the room they were combined. I found our daughters great, though they were not young, but I like they were close to our room, and the rooms were spacious, with front box and fridge, flat-screen TV, split, comfortable beds, safe and bathroom with dryer. The noise was little, but we were on the 11th floor, and the cleaning was done every day, which impressed me. The breakfast is excellent, with varied fruits, water, juices, coffee, milk (ice and hot), bread, cakes, eggs, etc. I loved.

We were given the worst room in the hotel to start with. No window, small double bed… after we complained they moved us to a slightly better room but on the first floor with a window overlooking a car park... There were various issues throughout our stay, such as, the inconvenience of moving rooms, carrying our heavy luggage around. Also, we asked to add one extra day (a 5th day) to our booking. But on the 4th day the key card stopped working because it had not processed through their system that our stay had been extended so we could not get enter our room. So that was another trip downstairs to join the reception queue to try sort it… The breakfast was good, there was a selection of 4 natural fruit juices and the food never ran out and was always fresh. The swimming pool was small and they had a 1 hour slot booking system if you wanted to use it. The pool was crowded; there were people drinking beer in the pool and the water was a bit dirty and too warm. There weren’t enough sun loungers for everyone despite the booking system. They give you beach towels but make sure you know you will be charged if the towel is not returned to them. Checking out was a problem too. Our Uber was almost there to collect us and the hotel staff said they needed to check our room before we could leave, to see if we had consumed anything from the fridge in the room. I paid for the outstanding charges and I told them we hadn’t consumed anything and any issues please call, and I left. She gave me a look as I was leaving as if I was doing something wrong. Finally, I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the deposit I had to pay (500 reais) at check in - it’s now been 3 weeks. While we were there, I heard a couple at reception complaining about their car - the car park at the hotel was apparently full and the owner did not want his car to be parked elsewhere. Oh and lastly: I would say good evening to staff at the front door every time I walked past and NOT ONCE was I greeted in return.
