"This stay was such a pleasant surprise! A big thanks to JiaJia for the thoughtful hospitality; they even helped upgrade us to a brighter room with a better view. We could see the panoramic view of Guangji Bridge right from our window – the scenery was absolutely stunning! The Chaoshan specialties for breakfast were also delicious, especially the pork offal congee and rice rolls, which were both very authentic. My overall experience was fantastic!"

"The hotel is newly opened, and its location isn't too far from the ancient city, making it convenient for visiting attractions and dining. Overall, I'm satisfied with this new hotel; requests like bringing water are promptly handled by a robot delivery. A small suggestion: as a new hotel, it's apparent that the staff still needs more training on guest reception. It's not that the service is bad, but rather a lack of experience. I had to remind them to give me a paper bag when I asked for something. Also, after check-in, I wasn't informed about the elevator's location or the check-out time. Of course, I could ask these things myself, but it could be better. The entrance leads to a bar counter, where cocktails are served in the evening, and you have to walk all the way to the end to find the front desk. Haha, a strange layout. Attention to hygiene details is needed; please see the picture of dust above the power outlet. A new hotel shouldn't have this. Everything else was great."

"Traveling with my family, I saw this hotel just opened this year, so I booked it without hesitation! It's super close to the airport, and the whole family was very satisfied! The room layout is great. Since we had a child, the front desk kindly provided a free sofa bed for us. "The hotel boasts a fantastic kids' pool, which was an absolute hit with our children. Inside the room, we particularly enjoyed the automatic curtains and the projector. Our kids loved getting cozy watching movies on the projector, and when they'd had enough screen time, they'd head straight to the pool. Our room was spotless, the overall environment was very pleasant, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Plus, the location was quite convenient."

This hotel is the happiest and best experience I have ever stayed in. The only thing I think is not good is that the hair dryer is too weak. But overall it feels great and gives people a relaxing feeling."

"Highly recommend! After a disappointing experience at our previous hotel and struggling to find a suitable place on any travel app, my friend and I decided to book this hotel on the spot. We thought a five-star hotel couldn't be too bad, but the relatively cheap price made us a bit apprehensive. To our surprise, it turned out to be a huge pleasant discovery! Firstly, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable – the carpets were spotless, and every detail was well-maintained. Secondly, the service was excellent; they even offered us a complimentary local snack (Guozhi) and provided a shuttle service to/from Shantou Station. I must say, hotels with Hong Kong investment truly deliver professional service. For less than 400 RMB, you wouldn't expect much, but the Emperor Hotel made us feel like we deserved the best! The hotel is relatively old, so there aren't many power sockets, which meant we couldn't easily charge our phones by the bed while using them. But that's a minor detail and really a matter of personal preference. Overall, we're extremely satisfied and would definitely return!"
