Good hotel. Everything is clean and complete. Location wise is also good with a lot of shops nearby. Recommended for stay in Sandakan

Pretty disappointed overall. Booked this hotel because the review was decent. The experience turned out to be quite bad actually. Firstly the hotel insisted on deposit of 150rm upon arrival. The room was somewhat clean. There was no house cleaning service, no change of towels and replenishment of bottled water. When we came back in the evening and found out the room was not cleaned. We called counter to request for water, nobody picked up the call despite several attempts. Only till next day did we found out that house cleaning is based on request. First time knowing that house cleaning is not a default option.

Good location, surrounded by eateries. Arrived hotel at 1.40pm but only allow check in after 2pm even room is available, Imposed Rm150 deposit per room which is pointless for regular guest. Found out no room service after back from long day and was informed need to request via QR code/app if need room service. Hotel policy and service not very guest friendly as in the past.

From the parking, entrance, front office, lift, housekeeping, room size, lightings, electric switches, bathroom, beddings, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, drinking water, coffee mix, hanger, curtains, chair, TV, mirrors, and key card;
My rating for this hotel is 5 ⭐.
I suggest they place a non-slip rubber mat onto the floor in the shower cubicle.
