Las Brisas de Santa fe

We loved our stay at Las Brisas Sante Fe. The property is conveniently located within 3-6 blocks walking distance from many shops, restaurants, historical landmarks, museums, and other attractions. The office manager is so helpful and friendly. The check-in procedure was seamless. The unit was so cozy with authentic Sante Fe decor. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed in one of the rooms was a bit soft/saggy and could use replacing, but that could be a matter of personal preference. We can't wait to return to our home away from home in Sante Fe!

We loved the architecture and decor of our lodging. It had a full kitchen and laundry and was outfitted with essentials. The location was convenient. We took full advantage of being by the railyard taking a train ride and going to the market. We would love to stay again and are waiting for an opening.

Las Brisas was centrally located to many events and very easy to find. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My unit had only one full bathroom but it was a two bedroom so I would have assumed there would be two baths. The kitchen and dining area were well stocked with everything required for cooking.

Located in the south capital neighborhood, this small timeshare group of 10 units is within and easy walking distance to the Railyard and Guadalupe districts. Just a little farther walk gets you to the downtown plaza. The one-bedroom unit was comfortable and quiet, and the full kitchen is nicely furnished. There are no amenities at this location. But you come to Santa Fe for the charm, the arts, the food, and the access to the wilderness areas. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked through *********** and my reservation got canceled because Las Brisas had some kind of problem on their end (confirmed by ***********) and kept generating messages that my credit card wasn't accepted. (I have a perfect credit rating, pay my full balance every month, and was nowhere near my credit limit. I only knew the card wasn't accepted through emails from ***********. I tried a second card after the first one was denied twice and it didn't work either. I book online all the time, including a booking with *********** in Taos, NM the day before -- no problems.) By the time I was able to reach someone at Las Brisas about the problem, they said they no longer had availability. I had to scramble and find other accommodations for that night and the next two nights.

It is an older unit so we were not expecting much. We were pleasantly suprised. 2 recliners and couch in living room. Table for 4 in dining. Best stocked kitchen ever and condo is close to Whole Foods. Free firewood for the fireplace. Private patio with umbrella table for 4 protected from the wind. Snow melted and we got to enjoy it. Seats cushions were fine. Best towels. HOT shower. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Closet with shelves outside bathroom. Hanging clothes with hangers in bedroom. Coat closet downstairs. LG TV downstairs and in bedroom alrhough we never turned them on. W/D in unit. Walking distance to Capitol, Plaza and Railway yard. Could walk to Canyon Road if you're energetic.
