"My colleague and I extended our stay here twice, for a total of 6 nights. The location is very good, close to Serena, Bluemall, and ágora mall. The service staff is the most worthy of praise. One night I took the packed fried rice to the front desk to heat it up for me. A tall staff member helped me take it to the restaurant to heat it up, and also took the spoon and knife and fork. Every staff member served with a smile. The hotel room is very new and very quiet (although there is a road downstairs, it is very soundproof and quiet), the breakfast is delicious, the environment is beautiful, there is a brand new gym, and there is a rooftop swimming pool. Lying there and watching the beautiful sunset and stars is indeed an unforgettable memory. I will stay here when I come to Santo Domingo on business in the future. In addition, there is a Chinese restaurant 100 meters away, which is perfect."

Alexandra, the beautiful girl from the front desk, is amazing—so nice, always smiling, and prompt to help with anything. All the people that work there are friendly and kind. The breakfast at Dos Cafés restaurant was amazing and delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to stay from now on."

"The room smelled musty, and then I sprayed a lot of perfume to cover up the musty smell. I felt that the front desk discriminated against Chinese people. They first arranged a room next to the equipment room for me. The room was very noisy. I took a video and sent it to the front desk, and then they helped me change it. I didn't see the room types for different floors written on the hotel elevator until the day of check-out. I booked a superior room type, which is on the 7th floor, but they didn't give me this floor at all. They also lied to me that their standard room is a superior room. For the first time, they arranged the worst location for me. It's a scam hotel. I strongly recommend that people who go here don't book this hotel"

"This time, I stayed in a room where the air conditioning was broken, so they were using the heating instead. Luckily, housekeeping sent someone to fix it quickly, although the repair was slow, but it was finally fixed. There was no wall separating the toilet and the bed, so it was quite damp. All other services were excellent."

"Not at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!"
