We had a terrible experience with the services that the free bottled waters were only for IHG members and we are NOT informed beforehand or while we checked in. And the hotel officers were really indifferent when we tried to communicate about this isssue. We were told “NO one could get bottled waters unless he/ she is a IHG member”. We haven’t been treated so around any hotel in Japan or in the world under any hotels groups. This could be the worst experience we had over a small issue due to the ill communications with hotel service team. Very disappointed on such discriminating hotel policies and we would not be able consider IHG group in Japan anyhow. It was a cozy hotel with good location. But facilities are aged.

The service at the front desk was very good. My friend lost her mobile phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in helping to translate and contact. Located in front of Sapporo City tram West 4 chome station, close to subway Daichi station and Daichi Park, convenient location. It is a accommodation that renovated the place where it was originally 々 Pachinko store, but I didn't feel much leftover. Seven eleven is currently on the first floor, and shopping is convenient. The front desk is on the second floor, and if you press ↑ from the first floor to the elevator, the button on the second floor seems to be automatically pushed. The lounge and breakfast venue were also on the second floor and were wide 々. Automatic check-in check-out machine is also installed, and at the time of the stay, the inn was explained in the corresponding hall at the counter, but the out is a machine, and it is smooth if there is no additional adjustment. The room floor is 3 ~ 6 floor. Security is substantial, and when the card borrowed at check-in to the card reader in the elevator that has risen to the second floor, the button on the first basement floor with the large bath blinks Therefore, push it during that time. Also, day trip bathing is also performed (2020/11 now, business hours 14:00-22:00, 1000 yen with towel tax), I think it is convenient. Breakfast (because it is paid, the plan with breakfast or the application at the front desk the day before) is a buffet form in the lounge on the second floor, 7:00-9:30. Because there were few guests, the amount of each 々 was reduced. However, there was soup curry, etc., and it was very good. The location and breakfast were good, and the rooms and public baths were comfortable and good, so I want to stay again.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

Not much to complain about this hotel. It's just opposite Sapporo TV station n in quite central area. Easy to get around.

this hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. And don't even get me started on the food! The hotel restaurant serves the most delicious and authentic breakfast that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Overall, it's a top-notch hotel that will make your stay truly unforgettable! 😄🌟

Great location and near train station and several shops and restaurants. Modern and nice hotel. Has a restaurant at the 2nd floor where check-in area is also located. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel staffs were generally friendly and accommodating. Left my jacket in the room and came back for it and got it. Downside: No daily cleaning of room but you can request for supplies like water and toiletries and new towels. We also requested for a late check-out but staff on duty was not very friendly and turned down my request even after explaining my side (we woke up late) and despite staying and paying for 5 days. It’s good someone who looks more senior staff heard me and allowed us to check-out 30 min later than usual check-out of 11am. Thank you The Knot Sapporo!

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

The hotel is fabulously clean, amenities are well chosen and of higher quality compared to business hotels of same price range. Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place. The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same. (It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

I spent the last two days of my 10-day trip to Sapporo with my two children, ages 6 and 8, at Stream. Above all, the location is the best! I stayed here to rest before returning home after a ski trip, and it was the best choice. I will go again next time, and if I make a reservation again, I will book a standard room + premium room mix. The staff are all different in their friendliness! Some employees say they are very nice, while others give the impression that they are not. Breakfast is fresh food with careful attention to every ingredient. However, there was a need to change the menu a bit.^^ The menu was average with high priced ingredients. The room was also comfortable, but it felt a bit stuffy because there were no windows. But everything is new! New!
