Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

The room is very new. The hotel is not in the city center, but it is not far from Odori and the station. There are shopping malls where you can eat and watch movies nearby, which is very convenient. You can also walk to Nijo Market and Hokkaido Shrine.

The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

We had a terrible experience with the services that the free bottled waters were only for IHG members and we are NOT informed beforehand or while we checked in. And the hotel officers were really indifferent when we tried to communicate about this isssue. We were told “NO one could get bottled waters unless he/ she is a IHG member”. We haven’t been treated so around any hotel in Japan or in the world under any hotels groups. This could be the worst experience we had over a small issue due to the ill communications with hotel service team. Very disappointed on such discriminating hotel policies and we would not be able consider IHG group in Japan anyhow. It was a cozy hotel with good location. But facilities are aged.

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period. Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from. Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality. The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free. Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

Close to Nijo Market, one of my favorite spots, and within walking distance to Suzukino for a meal The location was great! The breakfast was also multinational and I couldn't eat it all at once, so when I stayed at Susukino again, I wanted to conquer all the types of breakfast. The room is clean and bright I had a pleasant stay. Other than me, the body is big, but the bed is spacious and seems to have a good rest. The staff were also very nice, and I felt that it was indeed Marriott. I would like to stay again. Thank you♪

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with a 1 year old child. Because the child's sleeping phase is bad, the bed is difficult and I was looking for it in the Japanese room, and the bath was large like a house, so I decided to this hotel. Although it is a Japanese room, there is one chair, and it is possible to sit the child using the chair belt brought, and to give the weaning meal ５ F also had a microwave oven, which was very good. ５ F had additional pillows and blankets, which was also convenient. The bath had a lot of water and hot water came soon. The location is also close to the downtown. There was a large desk that the child could not reach, and it was convenient to have various things. I didn't care, but as a wife's impression, there was a place where the tatami mats were rustling and rustling, so I hope that it will be improved. As for my impression, I thought that I would like to make a shelf a little high because there was little place to put things for the sink of the bathroom. I was going to move by the burrow, but the child was heavy and tired in one day, so I rented a baby car at the sightseeing center at Sapporo Station the next morning. The location was convenient, so I was able to return to the hotel once and go somewhere. I went around the tourist spot and returned to the hotel in the evening and took a rest, then went to the Yakiniku shop behind and walked a little to the Triton of the rotation. On the last day, I ate the morning of the comeda coffee in tanukikoji shopping street, went back to the room, checked out, and took out to Sapporo station by the cloth bag of the crab sand and the red brick terrace I ate at the airport.

It was good that the room was non-smoking, which is not common in Japan. The room was warm even if it was not heated separately and the cleaning was tidy throughout 3 nights. The front desk staff spoke English and was comfortable and comfortable with a variety of bathroom amenities. The location of the hotel was far from the city center, so it was very good except that it was a little uncomfortable to walk on a rainy day.

The hotel is fabulously clean, amenities are well chosen and of higher quality compared to business hotels of same price range. Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place. The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same. (It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

I was looking for an inn in Sapporo where I was soaring because of the schedule that I stayed for two nights from November 1 and three consecutive holidays, and I booked it immediately because this inn I found in JTB was the personal lowest price. When you arrive, the building is a bit old and feels history, but the staff is good and the room cleaning situation is no problem. There was a male bath on the second floor (the third floor for women), and the room was 8 tatami mats with the bus toilet, and it was a fresh feeling that it came to the hot spring inn even though it came to Sapporo. I wonder when I've been sleeping in a futon in a tatami room... I didn't care at all because there was no setting of a non-smoking room. If you are worried about it, the on-off sound of the refrigerator in the room was surprisingly large at bedtime, so you took off every outlet and went to bed, and parking the car of the guest without a gap in the space in front of the hotel entrance If you have a big luggage, you will have less 々 hard to get out of the road? The hotel is close to Nijo market and within 10 minutes walk to Odori Park and Suki, and the location is good, and the CP is high, and it was a hotel that I would like to stay again when I come to Sapporo.

The location of the hotel is very close to the B&B that we arrived when we arrived, just in the vicinity of the Beaver Road Commercial Street~ I didn't find the hotel at first, only found a small restaurant, and later I looked at the name of the restaurant. It turned out to be here~ It turned out that they were the first floor to make a restaurant, and then the second floor made a youth trip~ Although the bed is small, it is still possible~ After all, it is a youth trip~ Don't care~ Living in the Youth Hostel is an experience! If you want to meet the hotel specifications, you will be disappointed~ There is public space on the first floor, but we went late, walked earlier, and didn't see other people... My sister found this accomodation via *********** platform & booked for our recent family trip to Sapporo. We (5 pax) stayed here for 5 nights. When we first arrived, we were a bit concern with the building exterior & the unmanned check in but the procedure went smoothly. Our apartment interior is clean, simple decorated & spacious 4 bedrooms with heaters in each room. 2 bedrooms for 2 pax 1 bedroom for 3 pax 1 bedroom for 1 pax There is only 1 wooden dining table that can fit 4 person. The rest of furnishing is japanese style is seated on the floor. Washing machine is available but there is no dryer. I also wished there were more hangers available for us to hang our clothes/laundries. I had to leave my worn jeans & jacket on my bedroom floor. Bedroom is japanese futon style & might not be suitable for old folks. The apartment only has 1 mirror in bathroom & 1 mirror in inner shower area. Every morning we (5 pax) had to queue for our turn to use the bathroom mirror !!! We wished there would be mirror in the bedrooms too. Do also note that should you want to boil water at the induction stove, it takes 13 to 15 minutes to get it fully boil. We set mobile alarm to remind us to switch off the stove. The location is located in quiet neighbourhood & 15 mins walk to Odari station (TV Tower). We have enjoyed our brief walk to & from station. The owner of this apartment had arranged free pick up from New Chitose Airport to this apartment. This is highly appreciated. Overall we had enjoyed our stay in this apartment ( except the hanger & mirror issues). It is indeed a lovely apartment. Regards ML LEONG Singapore

The price of the Sapporo Ice and Snow Festival is hard to describe. Fortunately, I found this hotel on Ctrip half a year in advance. A four-person room costs 440 RMB. Compared with other prices of 2,000 per night, it is very conscientious. The key point is that the hygiene is quite good, the bathroom is public and the facilities are new. The location is good, next to Nijo Market and very close to Sapporo Tower. The disadvantage is that the Japanese slippers provided are a bit loud when walking, especially when going to the toilet in the middle of the night.
