We came off-season, so not all the goodies the area has to offer were active, but the staff was very helpful and hospitable, and gave us the option to delay check-out a little to allow us to enjoy the attractions that were open. The proximity to the lake, the mountain bergbahn makes the location ideal for all sorts of vacationers, but most of all, for mountain lovers, MTB and hikers. There is even a dive center and e-bike rentals, but these are not active off-season.

Sehr familienfreundlich geführter Betrieb! Wir sind mit unserem einjährigen Sohn hier gewesen und haben die Zeit als Familie sehr genossen. Die Gegend um den Weißensee ist sehr naturbelassen und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein! Die Produkte beim Frühstück kommen größtenteils aus dem eigenen Betrieb! Unser Sohn hat es geliebt mit den Hasen, die hinterm Haus beim dazugehörigen Spielplatz sind, zu sein. Wir haben vergessen für unseren Sohn eine Matschhose einzupacken (diese war aufgrund des Schlechtwetters erforderlich). Die Juniorchefin hat uns sofort eine von ihren Söhnen zur Verfügung gestellt! Danke nochmals dafür. Der neue Ruheraum mit Blick auf den See ist das Highlight! An einem Tag hat es für 3h die Möglichkeit gegeben, den Saunabereich für Familien zu nutzen. Hier wurde extra die Sauna auf eine für Kinder angenehme Temperatur eingeheizt. Mir ist leider ein Fehler bei der Buchung unterlaufen und ich habe fälschlicherweise das Zimmer für vier statt wie für uns benötigt für drei Nächte gebucht. Dieser Fehler ist erst beim Auschecken aufgefallen und uns wurde kolanterweise die eine Nacht gutgeschrieben! Danke für dieses Vorgehen, dass ist nicht selbstverständlich!!

Direkt am See - perfekt für mich und mein Kajak. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit. Hatte Zimmer mit Frühstück und herrlichem Bick auf den See. Abends gibt es eine kleine Speisekarte. Sehr gut auch, dass man ganz einfach Fahrräder für die Fahrt zum Supermarkt leihen kann.

Auszeit am Weissensee im familiär geführten Hotel Neusacher Moser. Herzlich begrüßt, fühlten wir uns gleich wohl. Eigentlich war das Abendessen schon zu Ende und die Küche geputzt und trotzdem bekamen wir noch eine Notverpflegung. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Bad schön, der Ausblick auf den See und die Winterlandschaft herrlich. Die neu errichtete Saunalandschaft zeichnet sich durch edle Naturmaterialien aus und hat Stil. Genussvolle Entspannung. Ein angenehmes Haus, dessen Seele durch und durch spürbar ist.
