Very dirty hotel experience. I arrived from a red eye flight into ATL and drove a car to Seneca. I was very tired and checked into the room and immediately fell asleep. I woke up two hours later to a very itchy body, there were bugs in the bed and now all over me. I walked around the room and noticed it to be very dirty, dirty bed skirt, dirty walls, dirty floors, stains on the bedding. I dont consider myself a person that is hard to please, but this was outright nasty. I called the front desk to ask for a refund and they denied my request. The owner offered a room change and said we would not refund my money because I stayed for two hours (nap). I let anyway and booked a room at the Best Western which was way better and very clean.

Room was clean and the bed linens smelled fresh. The front office staff and maids were all amiable and happy to be helpful. Breakfast was carb city. Did have self made hot waffles, muffins, cereals, yogurt bananas and coffee n juice. We stayed three nights and would be happy to go back.
