The room does not look like the picture. The standard room is very small. But the location is very good, at the beginning of Yuyuan Road and next to the subway entrance. The attitude of the service staff throughout the hotel is also very good. The breakfast room is small and beautiful. Generally speaking, except for the front office manager's average attitude on the phone and the slow response when calling for floor service, everything else is OK.

Hotel was great and very comfortable. I have stayed there several times in the past. Very clean and the breakfast was great. Angela Wu and her staff provided great service and assistance. Mark Kong at the concierge desk also provided great assistance

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
