Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

Every time I come to Shanghai, I live in Youyou Hotel, and this time the family chose an apartment. The room is not too big, but it is compact and well-equipped. There are simple kitchen equipment to make coffee, hot breakfast and so on. The service was very good. It was too hot in Shanghai. We hid in the room and didn't go out. The staff who cleaned the room warmly called and asked when it was convenient to clean. Because there is a sink in the open kitchen, there is a smell of the floor drain, so I told her and helped us deal with it. The disadvantage is that the apartment is a bit old, the facilities are outdated, there are few power plugs, and the floor drain smells bad.

The hotel is beautiful, great location , everything you need is within 3km, some walking distance (subway station, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store) hotel stuff was very welcoming. It very clean and smells good. Really enjoyed the breakfast, was hoping that the swimming pool would be open unfortunately it seasonal cause it outside and it in winter. Will definitely book again we really enjoyed our stay 😊

The best thing about this hotel were the friendly staff- made such a good change to the usual service level in China. From the parking attendant to the server at breakfast, they were all so nice. Yes, it probably needs some updating (bathrooms) but the room was comfy and clean and the price was really good for what we got. Breakfast had a lot of choice. We will probably stay here next time we are in Shanghai.

The room is clean, simple and warm. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable, great experience! I attended the AWE conference at the International Expo Center on March 14 and March 15. I made an online reservation in advance. It was about 5 kilometers away from the venue and cost about 22 yuan to take a taxi. Unexpectedly, I was upgraded to a room type for free👍. I will consider staying there next time I go there.

The hotel is much better than I expected. The service is good, clean and sanitary, the location is easy to find, and the surrounding area is very quiet. This hotel is a bit far from the subway, about 1 kilometer, but it is very close to the bus, about 200 meters away. There are seats on the main buses 🤣🤣 and the front desk service attitude is very good 🤓🤓 The hotel is nice and clean, but the room is a little bit... Soundproof, but acceptable😀

One time I was collecting my laundry at 6am and found they were stashed nice, clean, and folded and put on a shelf for me to collect. Check in times were extremely flexible. I have stayed at the Lan Ou Hotel in Shanghai with my colleagues before, but this time I feel that something has changed. The hotel has an extra coffee shop. I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. I feel like the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good because I am just talking on the phone with my family. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Location is superb, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel can be further improved. They have a variety of selection for breakfast - please opt for breakfast!! There is a live station and remember to take a look at the menu on the wall. We didnt know that there are more items apart from what was stated on the table. Overall, service is also good - kudos to the chef manning the live station :) would recommend it to other friends but probably not elderly as their toilet tiles can be very slippery and even i almost fell (note: i wasnt wearing any bedroom slippers).

Is located in a quieter business neighborhood. 👩🏻💻 Staff really helpfully and friendly, everyone I had contact spoke fluent English. 🛏️ Lovely room, bathtub (little small) comfy bed (hot duvet), nice views. If you want to eat something after 9 p.m., buy ahead or ask for shipping, there is a nearby store where you can buy cookies and soft drinks.

We used to always love staying at the Indigo, but haven’t stayed since covid… We were disappointed as the hotel is starting to look a little tired, things need replacing, breakfast had much less choice than previously available. None the less we booked into the Micheline Char Restaurant for New Years Eve dinner with friends looking forward to a great meal and drinks to celebrate the Year … (the food was great) however at 9:30 we were told we had to leave by 10pm after such an expensive meal and wine it seems ridiculous on any night let alone New Years Eve.. The swimming pool was closed and it wasn’t mentioned until we turned up in our swimsuits to have a swim. It didn’t ruin the stay but I don’t think we’ll be rushing back..

This house is really great value! The room is large and well decorated! The furniture and appliances are complete, and it is super comfortable to blow the hair at night to see the river view! The landlord is very nice, every time I travel in Shanghai, I will definitely choose this one if I have a vacant room! The first time I lived in such a river view room, it was very comfortable and very happy ❤, I wish the boss a prosperous business!
