Excellent place to stay for business. Nice location for people to walk to Shanghai Bund Area and People Square. Xintian Di close by to spend an evening.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family of six, which included elderly members and young children. While the hotel adhered strictly to its 2pm check-in time, the staff kindly assisted us with luggage storage, allowing us to explore the area until our rooms were ready. Our rooms were immaculately clean and perfectly suited our needs. The hotel's prime location, just one street away from Nanjing Road and a short 15-minute walk to the iconic Bund, made it easy to take in the stunning night views. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although it wasn't particularly impressive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for our family.

Best location. walking distance to all beautiful places. The bund just 10 mins walking. The nanjing road 5 mins. Lots of eatery around. Best stay ever.

It's close to the tourist attraction(Nanjing East Road & Waitan). And all the hotel staff I met were kind.

5 star hotel in excellent location. Great service. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast selection. Very spacious rooms clean and with full amenities. We were given a room upgrade upon check in and that was great. I loved the breakfast which had both western and local food. Location is great. Just next road to Nanjing Road, the long pedestrian street line with shops all the way to the Bund. Health centre offers reasonable priced massages, great after loads of walking. Great value, we enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is strategically located near The Bund, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, food stalls, shopping mall and scenic views.
The room is great, the foods are good and the service is impeccable.
The housekeeping lady, Lydia is very helpful, accomodating, proffessional in her work and always smiling.
A great hotel to stay, will definately recommend to my family and friends when they come to Shanghai

Perfect hotel in prime position just off East Nanjing Road. One of the few hotels in China that provide proper options for a Western breakfast! Superb housekeeping staff and polite, knowledgeable & helpful Concierge staff. One big problem (though not the hotel’s fault) was I was constantly besieged by touts trying to sell watches/handbags etc EVERY TIME I left the hotel and waited to cross the road. If I hear one more “Hey lady, you want bag?”………..

Check-in at night, the room air con did not work. Room was over 30 degrees and stuffy. Initially was told, was too cold outside to open air con. When asked to change room, it then open air con for the room after 1hr. Temperature of room remain good for rest of stay.

Hotel was within walking distance to many eateries and very conveniently located. The rooms were clean and we did not smell any smoke in the rooms and public area. The room cleaning staff were friendly.
Kids liked the swimming pool and jacuzzi. If the pool temperature could be a little higher, say 30 degrees instead of 28 degrees, it would be ideal. The jacuzzi was only available in the men’s changing room and not the women’s. Not sure why.
The breakfast was not that great though. The selection was wide but the quality of food was mediocre. We had no problem finding seats during breakfast during our stay.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Thanks for the hospitality.
