Only one very minor complaint was the breakfast. The hotel cooked very small batches of bacon in the morning having only enough per serve for 1-3 persons and a 10-15minute wait for new bacon. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in I’ve never had such a long wait for bacon. Just a very small thing I would point out, but I would still give this hotel 5stars!

The overall atmosphere is nice for a short vacation out of the Shanghai City center. One major stand out amongst the employees was Alisa. my check in was not only handled professionally, but also very attentive to details. Alisa has a friendly smile and very good attitude, her English was excellent and was very helpful with letting me know about the Chinese New Years activities at the hotel. With her help, I was able to enjoy a Great laser light show and firework show last night.
